Instruction to break the law

My phone service ended in January. I think. So before I lost phone service someone who appeared to be Geeg Marshall or Joaquin Castro, their messages look alike they are lot alike both very sick. Anyway one of them was instructing me to stand on a corner holding a sign. The message fear was stopping you and if you want to eat and have bathing you should do it.
They were so desperate to get me to break the law. They needed to throw me in Bexar County where I would die by the hands of their criminal puppets. Most people that pan handle get a warning or a ticket. I am special and I would be arrested. I have toyed with them before surrounding this subject matter. In stoneoak a long time ago i made a sign and rolled it up and carried it under my arm. When i was at the corner of 1604 and stoneoak pkwy I was being circled by security. So when i walked away I left the sign knowing he would get it. He was instructed to take pictires of it and send it to demon cops. It read "SAPD OFFICERS TRIED TO KILL ME" the other side said "MOTHER FIGHTING FOR HER BABIES" It was something close to that. So they got hard ons thinking I was going to pan handle.Honestly I was going to picket SAPD there is no law against that. Doesn't matter they would arrest me anyway and I will die in jail. A few weeks later I was doing the samething i was walking around with poster board rolled up under my arm.two officers detained me for walking threw an apartment complex and i watched from the back seat as they were instructed to read my sign. It said nothing at all. Can you believe they were instructing the Prue Rd dim wits to arrest me for having a sign. I look forward to learning who's bright idea that was. Coleman, Houghton, Nelson, McManus, officer birth control????? Who is dumb enough to think they can detain someone for a sign?
So that poster board only costs 44 cents so as long as I had little money I could play with their heads. You guessed I did it again. I was walking in the area of the SAPD property room and the library there. Although I was being circled by officers they didn't anything.
I was at the AT&T center during Rodeo and I tied a sign to my ruck sack homeless veteran. There was motorcycle cop that circled a couple of times and I could see the wheels turning he was trying to decide if he could anything to me.
IT IS NOT AGAINST THE LAW TO HAVE A SIGN IT IS ONLY UNLAWFUL WHEN YOU ASK FOR MONEY. WHEN YOU ASK FOR A CIGARETTE THAT IS NOT PAN HANDLING YOU DOOR KNOBS.
they had a security officer lie to me and tell me i was guilty of pan handling because asked someone for CIGARETTE. The ignorant security officer doesn't understand how the law is written.
