Employees of the library are out of control

This security guard thinks himself powerful and above the law he was standing two feet from the computer I was working on staring me down these employees have lost their minds. I had Sally threatening me on the fifth floor and she has followed me to the first floor walking pass me over and over again to read what I am writing on the computer. 

The employee that assaulted me is now walking pass me over and over again trying to be funny and coy saying hello and how are you. He thinks that he can mask his harassment with harmless banter and he was told to do this. The block of instruction he was given is being watched by investigating agents. I asked the employees for his name so I could file a police report and instead of giving the name they began calling a member of management. Most likely one of the many foreign agents that work here at the library who are helping to destroy our democracy that think they are hidden and a secret they are not smart still waiting to see smart foreign agents. They seem to think they can claim I am doing something wrong simply because I asked for the assaulter's name. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that and there is plenty wrong with his behavior. I filed a police report and you can bet nothing will be done with it because that is exactly what the dirty SAPD has been doing with all my police reports for years. I had SGT Saga tell me I was not allowed to file police reports. I had SGT. Jones in IA tell me that I was not allowed to file I.A. complaints against any officer because Chief McManus had unlawfully put me in behavioral health. According to SGT. Jones any person who has been to behavioral health for any reason are no longer allowed to file I.A. complaints for any reason. Do you think that is true? Do you think SGT Jones should keep his job? I don't either.

Because it is raining cold and wet outside I decided to use the computer to file a police report. I will receive an email with an automated response telling me that they can not help me or ivestigate the assault because they don't have enough information I know this because it has been done two dozen times.

I sent three emails to administration staff about their employees that are out of control. That is all I can send. If I send anymore they will accuse me of stalking and harass them. It is not as if they will do anything about this situation these are the foreign agents that are here to attack our democracy and they are instructing the employees and security to act stupid towards me. These employees will be getting a "that a boy" from administration.
