Burns building downtown huge amount of money

Burns building downtown huge amount of money being dumped in this building for restoration and it is full of foreign agents. One day I stood outside the building taking pictures. There was a yoga class happening there some where a foreign agent came out and asked if i was filming them. Filiming? That is not a term used by Americans, we say recording? That is such an old antiquated term. I do not have a film camera. I told have VHS or 3M camcorder I use to have these things years ago. People in america don't use these terms. It was baffling? Filming? If I pick up my phone and take a picture that is not filming! If I make a video that is recording; not filming. Nice how you international spies are announcing who you are.
Holding flowers down verses up. Here in america we hold our flowers up when we are on a sidewalk, in Europe and most other countries the flowers are pointing to the ground. We do this so we don't drop the flowers. Are there flowers laying all over the the sidewalks in foreign countries? I have a story pertaining to the flowers. 

This is a lot of money being sunk into this building and it is wonderful that they are restoring a historic building but where is the money coming from? Who now owns this building? If it is now owned by foreign agents and or a foreign country this is not OK.
