When I was in the GI Form office a week ago or more I asked why I had been denied the program and never received a answer. Last week I talked to an attorney who said that I do in fact qualify and I should have received the help. She went on to say that the GI Form knew I qualified and they would not have had me fill out the paper work if they did not feel I qualified.

I just talked to Ms. Bradshaw who told me that I was denied because it happened to me 5 years ago and this is a lie. What is happening to me is happening now. I have the police reports to prove it. When I was moved to this house it was because I was being stalked and harassed while at the GI Form when two FBI agents walked into the GI Form to collect surveillance footage the GI Form refused to cooperate which means it will take that much longer to bring my ex-husband to justice and get this threat to my well being to stop. 

The day I was brought to this house I was followed by 4 different autos and I have the police reports, I was followed after being in this house and I have the police reports. I was directed by the investigators in DA LaHood's office to contact Texas Rangers and I can give the contact information for the Lieutenant I spoke to. I have to continue to go back to FBI headquarters on a continuous basis giving them information and pictures they have requested to continue the investigation into what my ex-husband has been doing and to insure the investigation is a success. I am looking for an attorney for my case and have had difficulty doing so because of the actions of my ex-husband and this is something I can also prove. While doing all this I have been unable to maintain employment because of the stalking and harassing that my ex-husband and his friends have subjected me to. At my last place of employment he was sending friends into the restaurant. I have pictures of these men, their purchase receipts, and proof that they are associated with my ex-husband. I have handed this all over to the FBI. The only reason I quit this job was because I was scared of my ex-husband and his friends. The FBI agents are the ones who gave me the courage to continuing moving forward. One of the many reasons my ex-husband is doing these things is an effort to make me appear crazy and I informed the FBI of this and told them I could supply them with a psychiatric evaluation and their response was "Dawn if I have the proof in my hand why would I need a psych evale". Smart very smart thank God for the FBI. You see my ex-husband has told every agency that would listen that I have some sort of mental condition that he has fabricated, including but not limited to Senator Cornyn's office and people are actually believing him with no proof and then my very valuable time is spent on rebuttals to his lies. And I have even had to go to the extend of filing ethics complaints both with the state of texas and the US Government. I have also gone to the Office of the Inspector General and I made a mistake and went to the veterans OIG and their office was kind enough to direct me to the correct OIG. I am learning a lot in my pursuit to stay alive and live a healthy life that no longer involves my ex-husband torturing me.
