Chris is originally from New York. About two months ago he got rid of everything and packed up his Subaru station wagon and left Lake Tahoe. He came here and you can bet he was asked to do so by CIA.

It looks to me that Chris has serious evidence and testimony against the foreign agents of the CIA, FBI, NSA I think they are going to keep him from going to a court of law to put them away where they belong.
