Paula Carol having my vehicle towed

for six weeks or more all of the dirty officers agents and citizen base stations that are located at the apartment building we're trying to have my vehicle towed every time they saw an opportunity they would call Paula Carol the apartment manager and ask her to call a tow truck I would then be notified and I would move my truck. one particular evening when I was out collecting my videos and pictures of local law enforcement doing their jobs I came back to my apartment and only had intentions of staying for a short time before going back out to collect more videos and pictures. I was parked in the maintenance spot it was a Saturday night and it was only there for 20 minutes before a tow truck came to get it as if the tow truck was waiting close by to collect the vehicle no matter where it was parked this time. Paula Carol normally would come to my apartment door and tell me that I was parked in her spot and I would immediately go move it this didn't happen often but when you are allowing criminals who don't have lease agreements to use the parking garage and use up those spots that are supposed to be reserved for tenants then this is going to happen. and as I have said before Paula Carol and two other women were walking through the parking garage and deciding whether or not they would get away with having my vehicle towed simply because it was on a yellow line you know that she was colluding with officer Christopher duck trying to get this to happen. when I realized the vehicle was gone I called sapd and told them it was stolen. the officer you see listed there called me back didn't feel like coming to my location to write a police report. after he took my information over the phone he called me back to notify me that it had been towed and it was at the lot downtown. when I tried to go collect the vehicle I had nothing but problems. I already knew that it wasn't legal for them to hold people's property requiring payment for them to get their own property back now of course you can Bill them you can take them to small claims but it absolutely is not legal for you to hold their property in the capacity in which they do in San Antonio Texas. I was fighting that fact I was also looking for the total bill on the tow so I had to call two police officers to talk to them this tow truck company gave a price quote to the two police officers while I was taking a video and pictures. the following day when I showed up with the exact amount needed they decided they were going to tack on another $80 no you gave a price quote of how much it was going to cost when I showed up on that day to collect the vehicle because I couldn't do it while the police officers were there and you said when I showed up the following day it was going to be a certain price then you tried to add more money to it they were going to charge me $80 for a certified letter to be sent to my home notifying me the vehicle was there after they were going to send it after I had already been there knowing that the vehicle was there Joaquin Castro is completely insane with no common sense. then when I did return they also told me that the woman that I had talked to when I had the police officers with me doesn't even work there she's an agent. so apparently the tow truck company thought it was okay to have an agent or citizen-based agents by criminal whatever she is back in their secure office that is for employees only and she was the one quoting me the price that's the story they gave me the employees that actually work at the tow truck company said the woman that gave me the quoted price on the video in front of the police officers was not their employee. it was hard to get good comprehensive pictures of her that were clear because the glass is scratched it's broken it's foggy with as much money as they make you would believe that their lot would be in better rapport. so when I was going to get the vehicle I was being told over and over again that the vehicle wouldn't start because they had tampered with it and that was one of the many reasons they had the vehicle towed was because they continuously wanted to tell me over and over again that now I'm going to be on foot and I will not have a vehicle to drive because they tampered with the vehicle in such a capacity that it wasn't going to run well lucky me it did start up and it did run. I didn't doubt what they were saying because many times my vehicle was tampered with while it was parked at museum reach loft apartments in the parking garage and there were witnesses and there are cameras. then I started asking around to all the other tenants and started pointing out the fact that my vehicle was the only one that was ever told out of that parking garage so then the agents and officers who play games decided they are going to stage towing I got videos and pictures of them towing other vehicles however these vehicles were not charged the outrageous rates that I was charged they were told two blocks down the road and then those officers and agents would go down and get the vehicle and put it back in the parking garage with absolutely no towing charges they didn't have to go down to the impound lot it was all staged so I no longer had an argument that my vehicle was the only one that was ever told from museum reach loft apartments. so when the tow truck driver came and I was making a video I had a conversation with him about the towing and who was calling him he said she claims to be the apartment manager but it when it's over the phone we can't confirm the identity of the individual that's calling. he said he hates towing anybody out of the parking lot parking garage because it is such close quarters he said that he's damaging the cement he damaged the wall any damage to vehicle and it is not his fault it is so difficult to get in and out of there and it's so ridiculous. I need everybody to take the time to stop and think about the fact that this apartment building is owned by a non-profit organization who are supposed to be enhancing the community helping the community and providing subsidized housing. if you're providing subsidized housing then you can bet that 80 to 90% of all of your tenants are low income some of them have been chronically homeless. so while you are providing subsidized housing you're charging them $351 to have their vehicle towed if they accidentally park it in the wrong place isn't that contradictive. now of course it's only being done because it's an attack on me and officer Christopher deck and my ex-husband Gregory Marshall think it's funny and cute just another way to make my life difficult and drain my bank account but look at all the problems they are causing the nonprofit organization that owns the apartment building. all of the actions taken against me and the hostile environment that was created is hurting the non-profit organization and I'm absolutely sure that they are unaware of the details of everything that has been taking place and being done in their apartment building I can't imagine that they would be agreeable to the things that are done allowing their empire to crumble just to do favors for people like Joaquin Castro dirty politician and sociopath
