I was told his name is Tom but when I said it he didn't really respond so perhaps I was given a fake name. He is a foreign agent I have only spoken one sentence to him. He is out here pretending to be homeless he uses his debit card and HEB then takes the bus to his apartment when he is done stalking me. I followed him and turned the tables. I call him Dexter because he is creepy like that. Honestly i have never seen the show. He is in the gardens all night long when I stayed there he was stand in the tree line starying at me. He thought I didn't know he was there. He thought wrong. Often he will come walking into the library carrying his card board. He hides his card board in the tree pavilion. He is the one that was messing with the lights in the gardens.
SAPD had a city worker out there fixing all the lights and I was sitting there when they showed up. They knew exactly who I was. The evening after they fixed all the lights is when SAPD showed up to grab me. That SAPD supervisor was screaming at someone on the phone about the lights. Another story.
Dexter use to spend all day at the library just because I was there. I believe he had taken thing from me. A towel a blanket a hat just little things that don't matter.
Many times I would see him at the drinking fountain cleaning his head with the water.
He is always smiling and laughing thinking I don't know what he is and what he is doing the joke is on him.
Dexter is another who makes hair stand. There is just something about him he is one of those off people who you picture buring bodies in the basement while wearing butchers apron. That is sixth sense not condition he is creepy
