COURT ORDER TAPED TO DOOR NOT MINE NOT PROPER PROCESS SERVICE

Wow how things have changed first of all there's no judges signature anywhere here second of all it appears as though these attorneys representing Merrick Bank went into a court of law and claim to use proper process service they did not use proper process service they did not serve this individual at all because this was taped to the door two months after they went to a court of law. That means these idiots went into a court of law and told the courts that they use proper process service when they most certainly did not. She does not live here and they did not take the time to find out where she lives currently this is hideous and it also looks like this is grounds for a civil suit against Merrick Bank the $9 billion dollar bank owned by the corporation let's go ahead and get a civil suit together cuz I want to know how many individuals they have done this to going into a court of law lying saying they use proper process service when they most certainly did not use proper process service now I'm having an argument with somebody who claims to have a law degree about whether or not it's criminal trespassing when they enter a building without permission without a key without a lease agreement without any cause to be on the premises this woman does not live here that is called trespassing. You would have to have the permission of the superintendent did you have his permission did you inform him why you were coming in a secure building no you did not that's criminal trespassing I don't care if it was a sheriff that's still criminal trespassing. If nobody in the building called for services from a sheriff or a police officer they are guilty of criminal trespass See less This was posted on my apartment door it is a court order for somebody and it looks as though they already went to a court of law on May 7th 2026 and they didn't post it to my door until July 6th 2026 why did it take them so long.? If they were so sure that Melinda was living here then why didn't they use proper process service in April of 2026 you have to give somebody 30 days after you use proper process service so in other words they did not use proper process service and if they told the courts they did use proper process service they are supposed to be held in contempt of court. In order for these individuals it looks like his name is Susie Matthew to come in this apartment building this secure apartment building he needs a key a pass card and a lease agreement with his name on it if he does not have those things then he is guilty of criminal trespassing this is not okay. So I think we should get a civil suit against Merrick Bank their attorneys don't know how to act right if you take a good look at this court order it's written kind of funky and stupid. Obviously their attorneys don't have an education either apparently they think that they can go ahead and sue her anyway whether or not she has a state ID and living in this county apparently that's an issue something that will cause the court case to be dismissed and I don't know if you noticed but in the fine print it says that they can come in this apartment and take all of the property because of this civil suit. It looks like my enemies and these morons that I'm up against decided that they could use this court order to come in the apartment and take all the property. This looks like another setup and they generally get away with these God damn stupid things like putting me in jail when there was no warrant for my arrest and I committed no crime it's just another one of those games but Michael said that we had to repeat everything we did in San Antonio and this is one of the dumb things they did in San Antonio Texas those attorneys were dirty dirty and crooked with no brain and this to be Matthew looks like he does not even have an education Islandia New York I bet you money if I go to that location he's not there.
