Officer Graff / Doctor Jerka is manipulating the San Deigo public library

I have many pictures saved using the snippit tool like I do with all libraries and this creep is hiding the folder with the snippits in them. So now when I try to transfer them to the blog I can't find them he had employees posting signs on printers say out of order however there was a reciept there someone used it moments ago he is playing the same game with nationanalities claiming he would never manipulate any black people however that is the very thing he is doing
