A warrant for

another inmate in the Dakota County Jail this is a letter that she was writing to a judge and that is her warrant number when she was being released from the Dakota County Jail there was a hold and release placed on her suddenly and mysteriously from nowhere then she had to go to Goodhue County and serve for a crime that she already served time for . they were doing this to many of the inmates that were in the jail when they were ready to be released a warrant would reappear or appear mysteriously from nowhere and they would end up being transferred to another County and another jail for crimes that they either did not commit or that they had already served time for or had dismissed from a court of law. I watched this happen to more than a dozen other inmates it looks like defrauding the government trying to get as much grant money as possible and these individuals became victims.
