notice on the back page of the policies and rules that are listed on the brochure it continuously makes reference to general policies and rules and to optical to participate in the venue as if this isn't the policies and rules this is the policies and rules why do you keep making reference to it as if there's another large book this is it this is the whole reason I grabbed it and the other reason I grabbed this policies the library computers one day one session no matter how many libraries I visit and that's wrong that's a lie it's not listed here in the policies it's not listed in the rules it's not listed because you made it up you pulled it out of your ass and made it up trying to keep me out of the libraries because you don't want people to know about the crimes that you have committed.
