Jalen snedeker writes things in a handbook that are illegal

Jalen snedeker thinks that he is smart enough and skilled enough to rewrite handbooks for jails prisons City Hall and apparently the New York public library as well. Jalen snedeker has no idea what the law says he's never read our constitution he doesn't know what civil rights are he doesn't know what constitutional rights are and he thinks just because he's writing it in a handbook and it's against the law that it makes it okay it does not make it okay it makes it a lawsuit it looks like everybody has a giant lawsuit against New York City works all they have to do is take this handbook of policies and rules that violate the law and violate our civil rights and we have a civil case I told you to get rid of Jalen so now I'm just going to go ahead and build a civil case against New York because you were too stupid to get rid of Jalen
