I worked the last spurs game with my yellow cab May 22nd, while i was at the spurs game i was approached by a female sheriff that had an Irish accent it was clear she was sent by Officer A. Flores she was screaming at me that i picked up in the wrong spot of the line, four young kids walked back to my cab from the line and got in. Does this sheriff really expect me to tell these kids to get out of my cab and wait for me to pull up and there was not a cab in front me either?
Flores had been messing with my fares and my GPS all week and this was the icing on the cake i didn't make nearly the money i needed to make to pay my lease and household bills. When I was at my home feeling sorry for myself because no one would help me with the Officer Flores problem I suddenly saw a light shinning through all the windows of the bedrooms and i heard knocking on the windows. I laid in my temporary bed in living room and I heard the door knob turning someone was trying to get in my home.
From this day forth for 34 consecutive knights Officer A. Flores comes to my home trying to get in and the only person i have to talk to or lean on for this matter is Officer Christopher Dech who is in my phone and other electronics he is in fact the only reason I am alive because this is not the first time Officer A. Flores has threatened my life. Usually when Officer A. Flores threatens me Dech directs me to go to the gym (LA Fitness), apparently I am safe inside and it has become my sanctuary. For the last three months Dech has had to send me to the gym at least 4 times and the day that early voting started Officer A. Flores went especially nuts and I went to the gym for a while but couldn't sit still because the day before I had had a thousand dollars stolen from my belongings and that was savings for a home and an attorney. I went to the library on culebra rd i sat in the parking lot for quite a spell feeling sorry for myself because of Flores and all members of the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign my life is a terrible struggle and I can not seem to get my head above water each and every time I am able to get something accomplished and progress to the next level they find some way to knock me back again.

Austin ER visit and urinalysis false positive
I don't do drugs not even marijuana. When the ER doctor in Austin Texas shared with me that I had marijuana in my urine, I was puzzled and confused. I didn't really get that upset about it as I should have, I normally would have been yelling it would ruin my case and my reputation and on and on with negative nelly, but this time I just said well that's wrong and that's all there is to it.
I thought maybe because I had been exposed to a lot of different drugs when with Chuck Anderson that some second hand smoke may have caused the issue but now that I read this below that doesn't really add up. I had been in Austin for 6 hours when they did the test and this article says if the test is done just hours after exposure it may cause a false positive. I had gone a full 24 hours since exposure; this doesn't add up. I think it's a case of yet more individuals lacking a

A VIA bus driver told me that it happens to bus drivers if a rider gets on and blows it in their face it affects the testing and when they are retested the following day it is no longer there.
Methodist didn't find anything in my system, however they did in fact receive the same phone call as the Austin ER received. Did Austin ER staff mess with my test results? Did Methodist staff members refuse to do so? Aren't they awesome, Say Yes Methodist !!!
When I got to the VA and they collected all my medical records that false positive became an issue.

Officer A. Flores abusing the law enforcement bandwidth sending Officers to this event I was at
I left this event and went to HEB on the corner of Broadway
and Basse rds and Officer A Flores contacted the security working there and I
was followed through the stein mart store and through the parking lot.
Officer A Flores sent to bike cops to harass me when at this
event, they made it there in time to see me leaving.
When Mr. Medina for Mayor was at the Blue Star Art event I was there and Officer A Flores was worried I would talk to him however Officer A. Flores was too late I already went to his campaign headquarters and talked to his wife and by the way she is a wonderful woman. Behind every great man is a great woman so this man must be great.

This is my boss as he calls himself, even though Taxi drivers are freelance workers and use 1099 forms which means they are self employed.
This man has been communicating with my ex husband and officer A. Flores of SAPD south substation. He has been sharing very personnel information with my ex husband and officer A. Flores and he has been helping them to attack me which will be self explanatory in those text messages. Early on with my employment with David I was purchasing money orders to pay him with and he became very hyper and said no you don't have to do that just bring in cash. I found it odd and didn't understand this behavior but it is now very clear to me what was happening and why he wanted cash. Hind site is 20/20 now I know why, no matter how much i paid on my lease agreement i couldn't seem to get it paid off. You see David had an agreement with Officer A. Flores and my ex-husband to keep charging twice what was suppose to be paid on that lease.
What David didn't know was that Officer A. Flores had one of his vehicles impounded and although I had nothing to do with this action and it would not have happened had there not been a huge amount of unpaid parking tickets on it; David was on the phone yelling at me that it happened because of me. It is true that Officer A. Flores did it to hurt me but if I had any control of Officer A. Flores I would have gotten him to stop abusing the system a long time ago.
Officer A. Flores called the airport security office to tell them the Taxi I am driving has an expired airport sticker. I have no control of this and it is not my responsibility. Yes, he once again did it to hurt me however the only one he is hurting is David the same man he was able to manipulate into hurting me and committing fraud. See on the other Taxi I was driving I actually paid for the security sticker on the taxi I shelled out 225.00 dollars that day. The gruesome twosome thought I would do it again, and they go to great lengths to make sure I have more money going out than coming in. Nope I am not going to do it again. The other thing Officer A. Flores is doing behind David's back is instructing the neighbor Rivera Santiago at 820 Anganier st 78212 to take air out of tires of David's taxi and he has done so on several occasions, and loosen lug nuts on tires as well. I have simply went to the gas station paid a 1.50 and replaced the psi and tightened the nuts. I never bothered David with this and I take of his property like it was my own. That is better than him considering I am begging for new tires because these are balded and soon the belts will be showing.
Officer A Flores is informing the GTU of the bald tires and the broken windshield and he is instructing officers to give me a ticket for this. How is that my ticket? I don't own this vehicle...that is the man whom I pay a lease to, to take care of this.
Officer A. Flores is abusing the law enforcement band width and sending Officers to follow the taxi the GTU office asked for details days and times, i will be posting those details on this blog.
Had I driven on Friday night I would have been followed and pulled over several times by SAPD officers due to Officer A. Flores abusing the band width.
Officer A. Flores had told David that I am suffering from a mental condition and taking meds lies same lies he told Captain Smith of the South Substation. But David has interacted with me in person unlike Captain Smith so apparently he didn't have enough sense to see Officer A. Flores lye.
I have not even touched on all the numerous things I have fixed on his Taxi's and I never opened my mouth to complain or ask for the repairs to be done. I learned early on that David will not authorize his mechanic to make the purchases for the repairs and it was tires. I was white knuckling it in a storm thinking the family of four in the back and myself were going to die it was storming and I had bald tires and broken tie rods.....very scary. I continued to be loyal to David and stay positive and commit myself to make it work with him. The entire time I was paying my lease and it was not being credited, I would do runs for him and my account would not be credited. I made 4 airport runs and it was never credited. I do wish I would have been purchasing those money orders. Officer A. Flores sure is expending a lot of energy on making sure I am broke and I fail. In the month of March I paid three times the amount I should have paid and April he says I still owe it looks like they are doing a good job to hurt me financially.

There is an employee at CPS energy helping the SAFC and Officer A. Flores attack me and they have been doing so for two years and I just now found out what is happening.
I should have never had to pay a deposit for utilities because when living in Stone Oak I had my accounts paid up and on time however this employee took upon themselves to add a deposit requirement. When I shut down services at my apartment this 250 dollar deposit should have covered the final bill but it did not and with in two weeks time that went threw collections and directly to my credit report. That is not suppose to happen that way I was not notified there was a balance and did not see the charges until I was attempting to clean up my credit report. I struggled to get this paid off in 2015 and in 2016 another bill showed at CPS and I had not had any services at all with them in a year. I was being told that I owed 82 dollars and I had no services at all.
Now when I went in there was a bill for 241.00 the same bill I paid off two years ago with the deposit I should have never had to pay.
From the time I moved in the home I was trying to transfer services to my name my online attempts and my calls were disappearing and the services were not being transferred.
On May 3rd and 4th the services in my new home were disconnected and when i went in I was told that the owner had requested the disconnect and the owner told me that he never lets utilities be closed on his properties. When the owner finds out what this CPS employee has done as a favor to my ex husband and Officer A. Flores he will not be pleased at all and unlike me he has attorney's.
The text messages between the CPS employee and Officer A. Flores are retrievable and will prove what has been happening to me because of my ex husband and his friend Officer A. Flores.
I filed a complaint and asked to look in their computer systems to see which of their employees have been touching my account for more than two years, but i have no faith this will happen and I surely will have to get an attorney to get this person brought to justice.
On a positive note this person touched my landlords account and he already has attorneys.
