The defendant's Twitter account

in the third paragraph it says the defendants Twitter account now in this rule 20.01 assessment report they have made reference to me as the respondent the defendant and patient they can't decide what I am and what I should be called. this woman claims this is the defendant's Twitter account but she does not list an address of the Twitter account she does not list the username of the Twitter account and once again I'm going to point out that she didn't ask me if I was the author she didn't ask me if I wrote it she didn't ask me if it was fact or fiction she did not ask for my permission to use it in a confidence assessment report. now she says that I'm February 10th 2021 it reads that the owner of the apartment building also owns the Mexican original restaurant I never said that I never wrote that that is not true I think she's taking two different posts on a Twitter account and she's mingling them together and mixing them. so in here you see I work there the other employees and managers now when she is quoting my Twitter account she's putting brackets around and where there should be a comma maybe why is that there did she add and when she's quoting my Twitter account if I have typos and my grandma is bad just leave it bad if there's typos in there because they're manipulating my text and my phone just leave it there don't sit there and make corrections to my quoted Twitter account if you're going to quote the Twitter account then you quote it how it's written you don't sit there and add brackets around and and make some sort of change that you think is necessary that's not what you do when you're quoting somebody social media that's not what you do when you're quoting things out of their mouth when there's a recorded zoom video. so she chose a post from a Twitter account that was about the individuals that work with Gregory Marshall and one of them is Joe Garza or Gonzalez I have to look it up it's on their Facebook for the San Antonio father hug campaign and that man used to follow me all over San Antonio Texas I have pictures of his license plate pictures of his pickup I have pictures of him flipping me off but I didn't get pictures of him raising his hand to backhand and assault the mother of his children telling her that she had to wave at me this is a big long story. but it feels like an Easter egg it feels like the individual that was taking the social media and adding it to the rule 20.01 is being manipulated to announce the individuals that were currently involved in 2022 and are probably still involved now running their mouth and being nasty and just making asses of themselves this man Joe who works for the San Antonio fatherhood campaign is highly combative aggressive and he's a woman beater and he's likely a child beater too but I witnessed him beating on the mother of his children. now in the next paragraph you will see that it says Ms. neering Marshall so on this same page she was talking about a Ms Marshall now she's talking about a Ms nearing Marshall she's very confused and she's all over the place. she's talking about a Facebook where it indicates I work as FBI community outreach someone chose that for me and I'll explain that in a minute she said according to the settings she can't see the Facebook. so that really tells me a lot about the officers involved some of them can't see the social media that nasty Andrea some of them she obviously can't open all the social media it really is locked up it's locked up by an FBI agent and that's why you people don't know my story. that particular Facebook page that she is making reference to is the most important Facebook page it has a lot of evidence on it it has me driving across the country going from one FBI field office to another FBI field office getting videos I'm going to police stations City Halls and I'm also being chased down by all of the idiots that Chief McManus sent to chase me across the country that is one of the most important facebooks but she didn't put an address for the Facebook. then she lists that on the Facebook for the San Antonio Police department I posted comments on that Facebook page for sapd now she didn't deliver an opinion about it she doesn't use it later to say that the diagnosis is based on some comment I put on Facebook she just listed here on page number three of a competency assessment and she doesn't tell us why she's listing it and how it's useful to her. so might punctuation is very bad on my social media as you can see in this blog it's really bad on Facebook they manipulate the text in the phone so I am really not in a place to complain about somebody's punctuation until they claim that they are a doctor that are going to do a civil commitment to lock me up then I'm going to complain about your punctuation I'm going to complain about your mechanical errors I'm going to complain about the fact that you are quoting me in a legal document and you're not using quotation marks this is important in a court of law when you're posting on a blog and you're posting on social media and it's probably not so important as it is in a legal document that is going to take away all of my civil rights and constitutional rights now it's important. now she claims that there are several websites and social media platforms that I am making comments about sapd officers harassing me. the comments that I make on YouTube on Facebook on Instagram and Twitter over the years says a lot more than just the last minute of sapd officers it says a lot like the attempts on My Life by my ex-husband the fact that he was poisoning me throughout the marriage the fact that I don't know where my children are the fact that it wasn't legal for him to take the children out of Michigan and take them back to Texas crossing many state lines. then he was willfully hiding the children from me so you see there's a lot of comments out there about my situation and my lived experiences but this individual this woman this may be doctor is focusing in on sapd officers and trying to write this thing as if they are being victimized as if they are the victims and I say they're harassing me I have proof they're harassing me but that is not the big picture. notice how whoever wrote it whether it was Dr Kimberly Turner or it was Greg Marshall or it was Christopher d e c h or it was Andrea in the Jack Miller video notice how they focus on police officers being victimized so that would lead you to believe this is a police officer that is writing this. so after she makes the statement that there is several comments on several social media platforms she doesn't make a point she doesn't say why it's listed why is it there why is she talking about comments on social media I'm not allowed to make comments on social media and I found to be incompetent if I'm making comments on social media is it okay to do a civil commitment and sit in a court of law and tell the judge you need a civil commitment simply because I'm making comments on social media platforms why is it here what is your intent with this what how is it useful when you're assessing somebody's confidence what's the point? now when we get to the diagnostic formulation you can see this is cut copied and pasted from somewhere I don't know where it is that she cut copied and pasted it from it says the statistical manual of mental disorders 5th edition DSM-5 however I certainly hope it's not listed that way in our medical books somebody better do something about that. so here she is diagnosing me with delusional disorder I guess she says that one or more delusions with a duration of a month or longer individuals with delusional disorder do not exhibit impairment and functioning so she is not telling the medical community the courts or anybody of a legal capacity that will read this why she has concluded delusional disorder where exactly are the delusions what exactly are you calling a delusion and what is your basis for calling it a solution while I was talking to you on a recording soon video did I start talking to somebody in the room and it was recorded on the zoom video did I turn to my right and start having a conversation with an entity that you couldn't see is that what happened? during this recorded zoom video did I tell you that there was white orbs that were circling the room and flying around the room did I do that did you see a white orb did I mention a white orb did I tell you that I was seeing something that you could not see with your naked eye did that happen? you're going to be put on the spot whoever it is that wrote this and I promise you the investigating agents know exactly who it is that wrote this and who it is that what was cut copying and pasting and tearing apart what Dr Kimberly Turner wrote. because it is obviously been tore apart because page number seven has absolutely nothing on it and my guess is when she wrote this competency report page seven had a lot on it you people tore it apart put it back together now as I have told you before they delivered two very different diagnosis let me try to find the other one oh shoot I don't have it. at the beginning of the recorded zoom video in the beginning of the interview the doctor told me that she does not prescribe medication and she does not deliver a diagnosis this is a competency assessment it is to determine somebody's competency to stand trial only only this competency assessment is not used to have a court order a civil commitment and if you're not a legal resident of the state of Minnesota than it is not legal for the state of Minnesota to try to do a civil commitment which is exactly what happened to me but don't expect Governor Tim waltz to know the law he's weird
