I am being followed and circled by the same group of the mayors criminals as I walk the streets it doesn't make any sense what does he hope to accomplish. They kept me going for three consecutive days with no sleep on purpose. Yesterday they had that VIA Bus driver attacking me on purpose because I may have been able to get rest on the bus and they couldn't have that happening because not only did they need to take the phones but they need me to collapse from exhaustion and they need to meet my demise any way possible to save themselves and investigating agents are watching this and refusing to do anything to help me.
Good luck explaining this treatment in a court of law I am only human I am only capable of so much before I really meet my end this is ridiculous you have used me and any resources I had to offer to the limit and I will in fact be pushed to death with no help from you agents who claim to be trying to save our democracy oh please you are inhumane.

Jeffrey Arndt, the CEO of San Antonio’s VIA Metropolitan Transit, has an almost perfect setup for success — if only local voters would get on board with his vision.

The city council he reports to shares his views on the importance of public transportation. Its members mostly sing his praises and have increased VIA funding by millions of dollars in recent years.

But it comes with restrictions. He said he knows the seamless transit systems he sees in Europe — linking ferries, subways, buses, rail, streetcars — are politically untenable in most of Texas. Dallas, Houston and Austin residents tax themselves a full cent per dollar in local sales taxes to support mass transit, while San Antonio has stayed with just a half-cent.

Arndt, 63, came to San Antonio and VIA in 2012 from Houston, where he spent 25 years with Houston METRO and participated in the planning of METRORail, a 24-mile system opened in 2004 that withstood a 20-year fight by opponents, including former U.S. Rep. Tom DeLay, who stripped it of federal funding.

He holds a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Houston and a bachelor’s in civil engineering from the University of Notre Dame. He serves on several boards, including the San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Texas Diversity Council, United Way, San Antonio for Growth on the Eastside and Texas Transit Association, which in March named VIA the “outstanding metropolitan transit system” in Texas and named Arndt its outstanding public transportation general manager in 2017.

Arndt grew up in La Porte, Indiana, and has two grown children from his first marriage, and two grandchildren, who live in Houston.

A: So, I worked in Houston for 25 years with METRO and (Houstonians) are very wedded to their vehicles, but in the ’80s and ’90s when they invested in their HOV systems, the response in markets like Kingwood and The Woodlands and Katy, where the (upper income, Anglo) demographics are like Stone Oak, for example, the reaction was tremendous. Houston was running three- to five-minute (bus) frequency out of those lots, so when you have that kind of service you can usually convince people they should try it.

My perspective is that Texans are wedded to their vehicles because (the state) provided the kind of infrastructure that has made that type of transportation convenient. We’ve not invested in the other kinds of transportation so they could offer a reasonable alternative. That’s what VIA’s 2040 Plan is all about — providing an alternative like HOV lanes in Houston so that all kinds of people will find that attractive.

All my phones were stolen

Earlier this day I had hundreds of minions all over me all day long and I had very disturbing interactions with VIA bus drivers that haunt me to the end of my days. They were screaming at me as if they had some sort of authority over me simply because they were communicating with Christopher Wray via text message apparently doing favors for a idiopathic criminal makes them important and authoritative. These VIA employees have prove over the last two years they have no moral compass at all. I have filed complaints against them only to have the Castro Brothers and Christopher Wray call VIA and tell them to ignore the complaints and throw them in the trash and in the last year the employees have done just that. The drive of the 648 actually called VIA headquarters and attempted to get VIA security and Transit Police over to the bus to take me away because he claimed that I was violated some make believe rule of riding the bus simply to go no where he said that the bus doesn't go no where near Walmart he lied. I got off on Sonterra next to my dentist office and I walked threw two parking lots and was at Walmart he has serious issues.

While I was at Walmart I sat at McDonald's and I attempted to use two of my phones to make Instagram postings and Joaquin Castro was still manipulating my phones and blocking me from doing anything at all I was able to post comments to Instagram and the phone shut down and went black he nearly fried it and I could see what was coming and the fact my time with the brand new phone was limited. I couldn't take pictures and I couldn't write memo's of course I was assuming this was Joaquin Castro because last night I told a story about a dirty thing he did earlier this year and immediately someone entered my phone and instagram pictures were disappearing and I was unable to post or use anything in the phone. Then security guards were being called at the Rivercenter Mall and at the Marriot riverwalk so if I wanted to know who the new devil was in the phone I would have to ask them and actually get a truthful answer which would never happen.



The evening of Sept. 28th and morning of Sept 29th I was being followed all over the city by dirty off duty SAPD. 1900 hours I was at the North Star Mall and there was two physically fit men taking pictures of me they were using small black box type cameras they reminded me of the cameras you would use for surveillance to mount on the wall.

I let the mall got on the bus and went down town I got off the bus downtown walked pass hardrock cafe and then went to the rivercenter mall. When I reached the starbucks there was a park police officer there loitering as if he were waiting for me. I sat at the table that are in the mall that belong to starbucks. Shortly after I was sitting there a tall man with grey hair and black rimmed glasses who was physically fit came and sat at a table that was two tables away sat facing me across from me staring me down. He sent out texts messages and soon three other men joined him. I was hoping they were agents that were investigating as I often hope but NO these were off duty SAPD. There was a SAPD sergeant that showed who was on duty they were calling him Phil. He sat across from me with his back facing me. I tried to ignore these tyrants as I listened to them saying I think she's the one. Yea you know exactly who I am and you all have following all over this city on and off duty I have pictures of all your plates in my phones and listed on my social media accounts. That's exactly why your attacking me right now.
I decided to leave because around 2330 the inside of Starbucks filled with Park Police a dozen police hanging out and loitering and it is Friday night and I am sure they would have plenty to do out there. Harassing me is more interesting and the scout that was there when I got was still there that's more than two hours of loitering.
I left starbucks and it was nearly midnight the grey haired man with birth control glasses sent out a text message I would learn the hard way he was notifying one of his flunkies. And actually he was notifying several of them. I sat at the bench by Margaritiaville on the river walk for about an hour and then I walked to a bench that I have laid on it before; it is half way between street level and riverwalk level and I was there the previous evening when officer kind woke me up. I sat there talking hoping my phones could actually hear me even though all seven of them had been fried at this point and I had to take the battery out of the two new ones hoping all the data wouldn't be destroyed like before. A young man walked into this area and he was walking right towards me making it obvious is objective was to come right to my location. He threw his arm in the air and said sorry, sorry I will go this way and went back the way he came. Not real smart he is making their devious plan obvious he should have just kept walking straight through. You see I have been awake for three days at this point only getting small cat knapps on the bus not really enough to keep myself going and not healthy at all. My enemies were using the cameras on the VIA transit buses to watch me and that is also the way they knew which drivers to contact.
When I finally fell asleep they attacked I was extremely exhausted and they knew when I fell asleep I was going to sleep hard not waking up when they took my bag. I woke up approximately at 0500 and my colorful bag had been missing. Of course I panicked slightly my phone were in their the evidence of the Mayor and the President of the united states hacking into my electronics. I looked around and the bag had been left at the bottom of the steps near by and when I looked in the bag all my phones had been taken they even took the chargers and a pair of earbuds that they don't even need. How nice of them to leave the bag. Last year when Julian and Joaquin Castro sent someone to steal my bag it was done just like this except I was at SAC on the campus and they took the bag and left leaving me with nothing but the cloths on my back to fend for myself. Once again my licence and debit cards have been taken and important paperwork. Last year what motivated the Castro Brothers to take the bag is when I was posting on this blog I would begin typing events that had slight inaccuracies in them then I would back those corrections before publishing them using the journals. So you see it was the journals that were the motivating factor in the attack last year. This year they left the journals. Obviously making it clear it is a different person pulling the puppet strings. Christopher Wray and Mayor Ron Nirenberg. I have no phones now no evidence and no way to document what they are doing. No way to call for help if I am attacked no way to talk to agents at the other end. No way to connect with my guardian angel and no way to contentiously update my Instagram and no only reason I even started that thing was so I could give agents information for investigating. I am a sitting duck and last night/early this morning they could have easily cut my throat and I don't put it pass any of these sociopaths. There are so many dirty cops in this town it's like living in hell itself. This city is full of sociopaths right down to the school teachers. 
And even though I don't have anyway of accomplish anything out here and I can't scream for help the investigating agents will leave me out here to die to continuously be attacked by my numerous enemies to be stalked harassed and hunted like an animal. Thanks for all your help. no one should be tortured to this degree you wouldn't let your agents be tortured and starved like this and this morning they were sending even more sexual deviants at me because now I can't take pictures and I don't have phones that can bluetooth to my attackers phone. So why not have me sexually assaulted further than I have already been that's what kind of a perverted monster the mayor is. It's amazing how the thief knew exactly what bag to go into to find the phones that because all these sociopaths are using the cameras unlawfully. A couple of months ago I was going to leave the phones with Officer Dozier I guess I am lucky he refused to take them because he is a traitor to our country and would have given them to the Mayor and Christopher Wray.

Well wish me luck out here being attacked by all the puppets of the Castro Brothers including the Director of the FBI Christopher Wray sociopathic pervert. Does the president of the united states understand that he too is a puppet on strings being manipulated by the Castro Brothers they have been playing him like a violin since he was put int he oval office I look back on all of it now it is obvious. They had every intention of doing the same to Hillary if she got in there. Lucky she didn't get there I would be dead now.  I have been getting stupid looks from this manager at the San Antonio College Library he clearly is proving with actions he is incapable of acting like an adult. When I was in the SA public library i was flushed out by security and there was no good reason for that woman to be harassing me I have had enough none of them are being brought to justice. I walked pass the female security guard at the library one month ago telling her she has issues. I was in the bathroom for ten minutes and she come in there asking me if I am alright? Ten minutes she said point blank someone called and complained. Somebody outside the library across town called the library complaining and she immediately found herself guilty of harassment and acting stupid. When I told her she has issues she turned and laughed at fellow staff "She said I have issues!" yes stupid that's right and in a court of law in front of the nation I will explain that when the mayor called the library complaining I was in the bathroom or the chief or the Castro brothers, your going to explain to the judge jury and the nation what was going through your stupid head to go in a bathroom and tell a woman she couldn't use the bathroom. I was in there 10 minutes at the most your going to explain why you didn't find it odd that someone who was across town was complaining about a woman in the bathroom at the central library. Your going to explain why you were so incompetent that you didn't look at the caller ID and see they were not even in the library when they called to complain. When the agents show why the call was made and who's big idea it was for the call to made....JULIAN....the entire nation will see clearly you have issues.
Today when I was harassed there are no cameras on the stairs and she said I wasn't allowed on the stairs. Good job lying stupid I walk those steps everyday you better show me the sign and the written policy that says I can't be on the steps and the only reason you are bothering me is because McManus called you and you are a little puppet and instead of telling him he is not in control of the library security and he should be doing his own job. James I am sick with a nasty virus you want me doing this when it doesn't do any good. We did this last October in the exact same place and what reward did I get? Did I spend Christmas with my kids? Am I released from the prison of the sick CASTROS controlling my life did people go to prison did I get the antibiotics that they called the pharmacist and messed with? NO NO NO you know what I got they stole my bag and ruined my ability to work. and then I struggled to live to work to eat. In January I nearly died of exposure and James you watched it happening and you didn't life a finger to help me and now I am sick and you watch and you see what is happening and you do nothing to help me. How do you think your going to fare through the judgement of the nation? I need out that's enough. They will send someone to kill me and you will watch me die.

I was followed all night by minions in autos and on foot. Some of them were acting a fool a grown woman hanging out the window of a pick up truck laughing and waving. What's so funny is it that you are harassing and stalking and even though it is against the law you are getting away with it? Is that what is so funny? Wow, yee of small minds Winston Churchill talked about you. A man walked by when I was Houston street by the embassy he too was laughing. I have no idea what is so funny it doesn't make sense to me. But this is what Bullies do. Welcome to San Antonio the city of bullies and police officers are the worst of them all. I couldn't do much last night because I caught myself a virus and I am not going to push myself to collapsing when what I am doing isn't making a difference> They have not stopped or slowed down at all. I do not have shelter and safety. I don't have clean cloths I don't have a real meal. I was denied medical care after Castros and the Mayor made phone calls. I was going to start working at Hope House Ministers and they called Ed the Ref and told him to attack me like all the rest. They pay the minions 150.00 dollars each to attack me. I don't get paid they deny me food. Thankfully I have been able to obtain enough food to keep me alive.

This morning I ended up at Starbucks. I was talking with one of the homeless minions who had been sent at me a long time ago that I see often. There was a older man who is all over the place on these streets he is literally certifiable I was having a conversation with him one day a couple months ago and he snapped and started saying things that made no sense.
Today I asked him if he was a veteran because after he attacked the manager verbally and the minion I was talking with he was talking about the Domiciliary. This is a place for veterans who have mental diagnoses and that's exactly where he needs to be. When he started pulling a knife from his pants minion went to stop him and he pulled that knife out and pointed in the face of the minion inches from his face and the minion took it from him. When he took the bandanna off I saw a large chiefs knife. I was taken back with this. This man is mentally unstable I have seen him swearing at tourist yelling and screaming about 14 generations and it didn't make any sense try to imagine going on vacation and being confronted with this craziness and the entire time he was carrying a knife. That isn't what they are spending 1000.00 of dollars for that is the experience they will repeat across this country and you wonder why your airlines sales have only increased 4% use your brain. How about all those tourist that have had their vehicles towed and they had to go into a war zone to pay an outrageous amount of money to get their own property back, and you wonder why airline sales aren't increasing because you don't know how to treat people right your Neanderthals.

This morning 9am at the Starbucks park police was called about the knife and the fact that he whipped it out from inside his pants and was pointing it in someones' face threatening to do bodily harm. The first Officer to show up was Officer A. Segundo and I told him that the man had a knife and was trying to use it to do harm. This Officer said calm down having knife is not against the law. First of all I was not excited I was talking in a normal voice trying to talk to this officer, he wouldn't have it because he knew exactly who I am and he is guilty of sending criminals and homeless men at me as a favor to the Mayor and Castro Brothers you can bet the Chief has called him more than once. I walked away and when the minion came back to give a statement I was there trying to tell the officer what happened and he was rude as hell staring me down knowing I am the one the city officials of this city are attacking and Gomez showed up and went and talked to the unstable homeless man.
Officer A. Segundo said you know this man is no threat? A man who is mentally unstable swearing and yelling all over the streets whipping out knives is no threat. He had that knife inches from his face, that is or definition of no threat? I was taken to behavioral health because I asked the Chief a question and this man is left on the streets and they gave him his knife to have and hold.

That's what the city of San Antonio Texas doe to their veterans they do it time and time again throwing veterans' under the bus to do favors for the Castro Brothers. I know all of you believe Senator Cornyn says he stands up for veterans but that is only for show people the man is dirty. I spent years believing he is was a good man and years I spent begging for his help only to watch him collude with the Castro Brothers and the President.

I talked to Gomez about Lady T and throwing her on the concrete and he doesn't remember anything about it. I concede that Gomez doesn't seem like the kind of person to do this and I wonder if she was sent at me because she has a false story. They were probably trying to gaslight me because they know I stand up for the underdog and I am a bit gullible. But I am learning and I questioned whether her story had validity because I am living through the hell in which I am living I chose to believe her and that may have been a mistake. I was repeating someone else's words and the Castros think they can use that to claim I am insane. I left the Public library at 1715 and I was met with the same dozens of cars and trucks with lights on and people passing by saying that annoying thing are you all right? How are you? Please people we all know you don't care so stop asking already.
I reached the Baptist Hospital and the red white and blue helicopter graced me with his presence. He was leading me towards crockett park.  He always stays right above until I move then he leads me in various directions. I have no idea why I follow him like a Stepfford child. 
Then the tours helicopter showed up. passed by.
As I walked down main st. to this location there were many familiar vehicles with their lights on. Well at least these ones aren't trying to run me over.

Harvey I was on streets where Nirenberg put me.

I was on the streets during this storm it was very scary and I thought I was going to die. That is exactly what this monster wanted he wanted me to die. At the time this was happening I really didn't know he was involved I thought it was the Castro Brothers, Chief McManus and his dirty officers, and all members of the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign. This man was involved way before he became mayor. This man is a monster or as some insightful people say a puppet. Don't I know it.

I didn't have to read all of this man's blog to know that he knows what he is talking about it feels so good to know there are those out there that actually know exactly what is happening. However he thought he received the email to sway his vote. WRONG

Stalking and Harassing Sept 19th 1500 hours

At approximately 1500 I left the library and headed to the riverwalk and mysteriously there was more than 2 dozen autos following, passing, and circling. Of course I would normally take pictures of these events and these people but Mayor Ron Nirenerg and Chief of Police have fried my phones all 5 of them.
Then the helicopters decided to show up flying over my head back and forth. Obviously when they were called out on this site that didn't stop them from breaking the law they think they are invincible. You think the Castro Brothers are going to protect you, the president thought they were going to protect him too and you will end up with the same end as he will.
Then I sat on a bench on the riverwalk and dozens of minions were passing by. I would normally I would take pictures but as I said they fried all my phones. I do love how I can hear them talking to each other that's her. Some of them say OK we passed her are we done? Well I hope your done. Some of these minions receive notifications the moment they reach me I can here their phone DING. How coincidental that it goes off the moment they reach me no it's not a coincidence.

I was actually going to go talk to this man and then I saw where his building is and it became obvious he is colluding with the mayor and the Castro Brothers. This is the building next to the library where the security officer was severely harassing me and there was two different security officers that did it. One of them left his post and walked down the riverwalk following me he was suppose to securing the parking lot of Henry's building. So I guess it's perfectly clear that Henry is helping the mayor to attack me and he too is guilty of abusing the resources of San Antonio and he is using his personnel resources as well. Wow welcome to San Antonio the city of criminals and sociopathic bullies and here is one of cities special bullies. The entire nation is going to see it as the monstrous city it is attacking a mother fighting for her children. A woman who was a victim of a SAPD officer trying to kill her and the Mayor and Chief threw her under the bus trying to cause her death on the streets. Generation after generation the Mayors are monster there's a whole list. Forgive me Mayor Taylor you were the exception but not this monster.

Here we have just one of the many helicopters I have had to deal with and all night long last night another air craft I didn't recognize it had wings hardly made any noise at all the cockpit was lit up and it circled above El Tropicana. So I wonder what kind of air craft this company own's and how many of them are the same colors of Kens 5 and Channel 12 

However I will remind myself that when the Channel 4 reporter was following me around so was two helicopters coincidence I think not.

Pete Cruz according to officer Gomez

According to Officer Gomez the new downtown operations supervisor is Pete Cruz. Really where is that information here? How are the residences of San Antonio suppose to get a hold of this new supervisor? Because I most certainly don't see that name her and there sure isn't any contact information for this mysterious Pete Cruz is Officer Gomez's delusions getting in the way of his performance because is exactly what it is looking like.

September 18th

Walked outside of SAC and there was a SAPD helicopter waiting for me back and forth back and forth. Good job to Chief McManus and Mayor Ron Nirenberg you waste this cities' resources better than any city official known to this country wait until your looked at closely for all that embezzlement. Just think how the president is kicking himself now for trusting you would take care of the problem. Your loosers I am still breathing in and out and I threaten his presidency. You are some pretty useless criminals not good at honest not good at criminal gee what you good at? Oh that's right your good at crazy.

When going for my walk there was a sheriff and a constable driving back and forth on San Pedro gee talk about desperate the mayor is pulling in everyone he possibly can. In the parking lot of the San Pedro park by the baseball diamond was a transit police officer who sat right there for more than thirty minutes as I walked around it looked at though he was waiting for me to take pictures why is it these officers are unaware I no longer have the ability?  I walked through the park and there are a dozen or more minions asking me that question: How are you? How you doin? ridiculous this redundancy I have had it.

Officer Gomez is still treating his job for vain displays of power and glory. Walter had his jewelry booth set up and he was yelling at him that it was in the wrong place and wrote him a ticket. It was pouring down rain and the place was flooded and they did the best they could to find a dry spot this man needs a psychiatric evaluation before he slams another small female into the concrete he is out of control. I am going to his supervisor and downtown operations and then I am taking it to FBI in Washington I will explain the dirty agents here that won't do their job and I will follow up with every two days. They will then understand they need to babysit FBI agents in San Antonio who don't know how to act right.

After leaving the public library I was followed and chased by a large amount of minions SAPD, Constables, San Antonio College Police CPS energy crew.

Monday evening Sept. 17th

It started at 2100 hours and went to 0030 hours when I took a ride with the Taxi driver Toni.
The drug dealer and his girlfriend showed up.
Two Park Police on bikes rode slowly by
Two men walking on the side walk stopped in front of me and were going to say something i gave them the look.
Four men walked by they were clearly here from out of town. They were having a conversation about what they saw at 7am that morning they said they saw 20 to 30 homeless people all sleeping at some location. They were talking about Travis Church because that is where they go I believe they don't get ticketed when there not sure the details of that. Obviously these men have been informed I am homeless why else would they be having that conversation as they walk pass.
Three young people walked pass me having a conversation that they have heard me talking to myself. LOL are you sure I am talking to myself? What makes you think no one is listening to me? Whether I had some peoples listening or not I probably would work through these issues aloud. Zig Ziglar says that it is fruitful to talk to ourselves because no one knows our problems to be solved like ourselves do. Talk away if that man says it's OK then it must be OK
Older Latino man kept walking pass three times at least. He sat down behind me. Normally I would get up and move away but this evening I am standing my ground.
There were several homeless people walking pass that I see on a regular basis but they made it obvious they were there because I was sitting on the steps.
Several city workers are driving pass turning around the turn about and doing it again.
Several police officers are driving by and some of them are SAPD.

Last night I mentioned a man eating sitting behind me left his trash there and rode a scooter around and around. He's back to eat leave trash and now he is riding a rented bike around and around.
SAPD bike cop rode down Alamo street went down commerce in-front of me stopped at the light. he pulled out his phone and waited for a notification. It's my guess he is waiting for a picture to show on Instagram. He is unaware his Chief fried my phone and my account is also locked up. Why doesn't he know this?
Two helicopters flying over head it has to be after 2200 by now they are circling back and forth on the other side of the Hilton. back and forth and back and forth. usually they get closer and at 1600 and 1700 they were circling me at the Menger hotel it looked like spectrum, channel 12 and or 5. The helicopters of channel 12 and 5 look very similar.
These helicopters are different they don't make as much noise. Or it's the noise on the street that is creating a sound confusion.
A drug addict yelling gibberish he is a tall man that I have seen before he is clearly high on drugs I find it confusing that park police were able to direct this man this way when he is barely coherent.
I asked someone the time 2230 there is now a homeless lady I have seen a dozen times or so I think someone is rewarding her with food to come near me she always has a bag of fast food when she comes and sits near me.

San Antonio Taxi 239 (Jon) has driven by this evening at least 5 times. The last time I saw Jon he had quite a look of disdain for me I sure don't know what I did to him.

I have had many issues with this man but recently it has become clear to me he had agreed to do something pretty distaste full and had perhaps been saying some highly derogatory things about me. Someone important is upset and doesn't like him....OFF WITH HIS HEAD!!! OK lets just send him back to his own country.
Yellow cab 373 just showed up again telling me he is coming back at 0200. OK! who told this man that I would be willing to become intimate with him and why is he foolish enough to believe it?
SAPD detective in a white car drove down Losoya rubbing necking as he passed. It could be an auction car car but there is a computer lit up by the council.
Shopping cart lady is passing by and by. I have talked to her she uses a fake accent and talks ghetto she looks white?????
Park Police officer is riding down Alamo Street he stops in middle of the intersection looking around like an owl, I have never seen him before. He is clearly looking for his target should I scream I am here over here.

A minion whom I have had a lot of interaction with and have had enlargements with, has walked up to me he is asking how I am doing and he is swaying back and forth on his feet. His eyes are barely open. He is counting money he gives me two dollars and says take care. I have no idea what that was about. Because I have given him food and cigarettes I guess. He is clearly high and or drunk. It's a pattern with homeless I am learning. I met two homeless men that don't drink or do drugs but they have anger issues and may have reality issues as well.
2330 yellow cab 133 I was upset I know him and it's upsetting he is helping to attack me he drives by and by and at one point he sat at the turn around through a green light so he could put his brights on me directly across from me.
I told you about the 5 Mexican little boys on scooters that had the audacity to come back and get to less than two feet away with their scooters. it's sad look at how generation X is acting and the fact they don't know the difference between right and wrong.

2345 there were about 9 different autos pulling up to the light at commerce and Alamo Street beeping loud and continuous they were out of control.
Yellow Cab 198 kept driving by shinning his brights on me driving by over and over again.
Silver car 4 door this man was completely out of his mind he kept pulling up in front of me rolled down his window and waved me to come to his car. Heck no I am not going to your car. He came back three times in front of me doing this. A older Latino man with a Goethe. plate number GFS 7856 so he drove down Alamo st. parked and walked up to me wanting to share a smoke with me i said no it took me a minute to realize he was the one in the silver car. 
1976 camaro sky blue 2 Mexicans be careful boys a lot of these minions smash into each other because they are too worried about me and don't drive right restoring that won't be easy.
Two couples came to stand in front of me they were obviously well to do and they were from; I believe Mexico they spoke proper Spanish and I was able to understand some of what they were saying because it was proper Spanish. They were dressed well and unique I was making jokes they look like a boy band ....well they really do. Obviously friends of Castro's or their parents are.

September 17th late night minions and morning of Sept.18th

My times are going to off here Chief McManus fried my phone a took my ability to tell time.

2100 hours I sat down on the steps next to McDonald's to watch the sorted ventures of the minions sent at me by Castro's, Mayor Ron Nirenberg, Chief William McManus and Park Police.
First the Taxi from Sunday night Yellow Cab little white car 373 he kept up with his offer allowing me to stay at his place he came back several times. I went for ride with him at 12:30am he said he was getting me something to eat and then he would come back at 0200 am. What he was really doing was testing me to see if I was willing to do what he wanted me to do. This was the dirtiest Taxi I had ever seen there were empty cups and food bags in the front seat that my feet were on and he had to take old food containers off the seat when I got in. His name is Toni and one of the things he informed me was he only has one bed and I would need to sleep in it. We went to Jack and the Box and waited a very long time in the drive way. Toni lost his temper and was yelling the employees. He then left and went to Taco bell. He got to burritos and while waiting for those he turned recorder on his phone and asked me if I know how to give massages and if I like to receive them of course the answer was no to these questions he wasn't getting anywhere with me just because someone told me I was a for sure thing that is ridiculous. He took this recording and sent it to someone he replayed the recording a loud and as I pretended to be asleep he played the recording back and he sent it to at least two people. He was very angry. I was asking myself with a taxi that was this filthy what his residence must look like? SCARY.
He asked if I would be sleeping on floor or in his bed I didn't want to tell him it would neither while I was still in his taxi.
He dropped me off on loysoya and I went to hide. Apparently I did a good job with little effort I wasn't found until about 6am. An employee saw me she went to get other employees and they called park police and two officers were leaving McDonalds shortly there after with every intention of following me. I ducked down to the riverwalk where I found that two more different park police were following me I stopped at the westin but they didn't see that I hid there until I felt I had warn out my welcome. LOL I am not welcome there I have had security in my face in the past. I walked down the riverwalk and two different city employees driving clean up boats saw me and pulled out their phones and sent pictures and texts.
I kept moving only to find 3 different park police following and watching. I went to 7-11 a park police was there arguing the price of something. He was about 7 foot tall he blends in well. I tried to keep my distance he was really upset about the incorrect price advertised.
Then I made my way to the library and I was followed and passed by many minions with headlights on. While waiting at the library it appeared as though there were several men and one woman receiving instructions to come to the 5th floor and bother me one by one the librarian kicked my out do to this being a work search area.

There is a lot more from Monday night like the five Mexican boys on scooters they went by saying stupid things and then they came back directly and the rudest of them was asking over over and over again ...Can I touch your butt, can I have a hug, can I touch your pussy? Ca we have sex. I informed them I was well aware of what was going on and they should leave me alone and tell Joaquin Castro they successfully did him a favor. He had a look on his face that confirmed he knew him and knew i was the Castros target their victim. They left screaming the whole way tell Joaquin we did him a favor.  Thank God there was more than a dozen drones above these little boys heads taking lots of pictures of the little creepers.

There is much much more I will finish later now it is necessary to apply a test to someone. 

Joaquin and Julian Castro had someone steel my bag

Hey Julian and Joaquin Castro when you had someone come and steel my bag last year I had 3 SSN cards in there and a birth certificate. If you don't mind too much monsters I would like to have those back so I can go back to work and be a productive member of society unlike you.

Yesterday I decided to help a fellow homeless person we were starting the laborious endeavor of getting his IDs back. In case no one knows this is a very difficult process and when you don't have a valid mailing address it makes this process even harder almost impossible. We were not successful I thought we would do it one step at a time find a mailing address first. I tried to have him intake to the Salvation Army and enter him into a drug and alcohol rehab program I have heard they have great programs. You can't get in these programs without an ID. shot that out of the water. Fred refers to a dementia diagnosis he has which is causing his problems. He says he has been rejected by all his family because of this diagnosis, he shared that he received this diagnosis nine years ago. This is a progressive disorder and when I was working geriatrics I never saw my people go nine years being functional. Fred nursed his grandmother as she died of dementia it slowly takes our mind and we die from the complications of this. I wonder if the diagnosis is real I didn't see any signs and symptoms and I found myself arguing his limitations. There was a Senator that said homelessness is a choice made that statement at first glance seems harsh but there is great vitality there.   

I was able to help him with clothes and food. When I saw signs that Fred was actually a minion and was sent at me by Park Police I tore away. He introduced me to Christian who told me about a great place to be to sleep and hide from my predators. It is a abandon building in hemisphere park and he is the third person who has told me about it and I have been there it is not clean and it is not safe. There is one entrance into the back yard of the building and once you get in there you are trapped no other way out unless you can fly. I never got a good feeling about this place and about being there. I go with my gut and never visit again. Then Christian told me how he gets money the rocks at Hyatt Regency, once again I have heard this from two other people. I am not sure but I think they are referring to stealing the coins from the wishing well. They are stealing peoples wishes? NO THANK YOU.

So Fred and Christian were set out to have a good time that evening and I choose not to be around that. I don't put myself in those situations these are some of the small things that the Castro's can't take away from me I still have choices and free will. 😝 We become what we surround ourselves with and I will not become that. I may have stumbled and made mistakes on this journey but that simply is not a mistake I will make. Getting Fred in a rehab program would have been a mistake he isn't ready. The Castro's and the Chief of Police are still foolish enough to think they will get me with guilt by association with these drugs and various other crimes. I don't think your going to be successful in that endeavor.

Speaking of that; two consecutive nights there has been a drug dealer and his young girlfriend sent at me. He announces loudly that he has cream on him. Then he stops everyone passing by and asks them if they want to buy cream. Now what if he is stopping a off duty officer or undercover? What if a agent of any sort is walking pass and he is asking if they want to buy drugs does this seem like a wise marketing technique? I thought maybe he was another guilt by association attempt. This young man then started talking about renting woman out talking about cocks and other distasteful ventures that he thinks he can make women do. He started to refer to me loudly as someone who may partake in these activities and because I was in a mood I began yelling at him to watch his mouth I decided it was time to exit before I started reciting scripture upon deaf ears. Last night he walked by growling like an angry animal in reference to my angry outburst. What is cream?

September 16th evening

September 16th all night long I had minions coming at me including three park police being very rude.

2000 hours I got off bus went to river walk and was immediately being followed I went to the River Walk Plaza and then went across street to court house to take a break.
Several people passed by and some officers drove by soledad and market street. I walked down market went down riverwalk and then I walked down commerce. I went to bus stop and sat down there was a young man talking loudly about drugs and renting women out he said something to this effect to me and I told him what I thought of him and walked away. I went to the Harley Davidson store to hide and the homeless man who got in an argument with me about taking pictures showed up with in minutes. I walked away from him to get on a bus again and decided that was no way to hide since they were using the cameras. I walked down St. Mary's was followed and passed by several familiar automobiles. I stopped at the esquire to use the bathroom. A familiar woman entered the bathroom as I was leaving. I walked down to lucky's and asked a man the time it was 2254 hours. Two park police were in there being nasty dirty looks and derogatory comments. I get upset because of their nasty mouths and their bad attitudes but they don't know how to act right and I will have to let go and let GOD some things can't be fixed.
I sat at the square in front of the church at a table I had avoided going into Lucky's I didn't want to contend with the Park Police attitudes. Soon I was being passed by several vehicles both on sides via market st and commerce st.
Two different helicopters showed up circling. Two park police showed up and started going down commerce waking up all the sleepers on the side walks. They started giving out tickets. It started here and all night long they were giving out camping tickets and this is new behavior for park police I assure you. They stopped and starred at me for a long time and shinned a flash light at me. There wasn't much they could say or do to me because first the park was still open for a few minutes I think because there was two tables full of people not far from me. As they headed down the side walk being rude and nasty to the homeless I got up and walked away to save myself from more harassment.

I ended up at the McDonalds downtown I sat on the steps next to the McDonalds and this is where all the fun began. I had minions all over the place and there was minions I had not seen in more than a month being brought of retirement. Isaiah (friend of London SAPD officer showed up), he told me about his vehicle being towed. He showed up to his auto the previous week where he had parked it by travis park. Transit Police was there and a tow truck. Isaiah walked up to the officer and said that's my vehicle. He identified it with the keys and the officer said to the tow truck driver is it OK if he takes is vehicle? The tow truck driving said no. The vehicle was not connected to the tow truck and there was no light on the vehicle placed by the tow truck driver. Mean while Isaiah called the tow truck company and explained the situation to them. The woman on the phone said loudly "He didn't put the light on it yet?" making it clear that he should have been able to take his vehicle if he didn't put the light on it. The excuse of the tow truck driver is he had already inputted it into the system. That shouldn't matter. You don't input it into the systems until you have claimed it by hooking it up and putting the light on it. This towing company has a contract with the city and it is clear these drivers work on commission. The lady at the towing company started to double talk Isaiah lying and saying she doesn't know....well if she doesn't know how these things work shouldn't she get another job? So his vehicle was taken and he was left standing there. He had to download a uber app to get home and this whole ordeal costed him more than 300.00 dollars. He said that he regrets not calling SAPD to the seen because he believes that it is their jobs to protect and serve his rights were being violated. I didn't want to tell him that here in San Antonio officers don't actually protect and serve anybody but dirty politicians they are instructed to attack victims like him and I and they comply with these unlawful orders daily. You know when people are having experiences like this downtown they will stop coming downtown and the businesses' revenue will be reduced dramatically. They will go dancing elsewhere like stone oak or on I-10 near the medical center and the businesses downtown will start to suffer because of the crooked and dirty practices of the Mayor and Chief of Police.
Before Isaiah departed for the evening he pointed out that he noticed how many people had entered my bubble. I call it my personnel space and he calls it a bubble. It's nice when others notice. First it confirms it is happening and second it sends the message to me that my boundaries that I am trying to maintain are in fact healthy. 

I had yellow cabs stopping and asking with I wanted to go home with them I had some homeless men stopping by bothering me and I had a mall security officer walking by and saying derogatory comments. I had three park police officers on their bikes riding by calling me names. It was that same officer that had demanded my ID and to have access to my phone two years ago. I would just as soon avoid him but it is difficult when he is searching me out.

At 0200 a little red car kept driving by beeping several times he drove by.


I pointed out about a week ago how Julian Castro was abusing the system and using government owned drones to follow and watch me in San Antonio. If he were smart he would stop doing it at this point but I can't say the man is smart.



This morning I was yelled at by park police. Three officers in the boat as apposed to the usual one. The female screamed at me I needed to get up. I was sitting up so I stood. Then she said that I had to go up to street level and get off the riverwalk. So now I can't be on the riverwalk so apparently that is crime too. I ran across four different homeless people who had gotten tickets for sleeping on sidewalks and one of them told me that when they go see the magistrate they have to go jail for day for the ticket. Does that make any sense? Does it cost money to put people in jail. You know park police think they are covering their butts with this brand new behavior. Last month when I got these tickets it is easy to see how little tickets were written compared to this month. then they will look at how many were written last year and then they will bring my pictures of campers to a court of law. Sorry Park Police you have made your behavior very clear as to the retaliation that it is. You have not helped yourself your going to go into a court of law and try to convince a judge and jury that there is nothing odd about the spike in tickets after I pointed out all the campers. Go right ahead and insult the judges intelligence and see where that gets you.


This morning after dealing with the freezing cold and the nasty park police I was very upset to say the least and I threw a tiny fit. Try to understand what I am going through and the fact that I should be pulled out of this mess. I am not going to be able to maintain emotional intelligence a 100% percent of the time. I am asking for understanding. 

Now may not be time but soon I will tell my funny WE FIX IT story and my understanding of guardian angels. The streets are making me hard sometimes I find things keep them and don't feel bad at all. Strange.

It is getting harder to continue like this and although I feel bad about becoming angry this morning at the same time the expectations of how much you think I can endure are upsetting. I am not wonder woman. I am very understanding about the amount that is needed for you to keep your promise I will never have to hear circumstantial but an occasional reprieve would make the difference in the world. POWs never got reprieves never mind.

September 16th and 17th

Evening of September 16th I used the library posted information about dirty city officials and left the library and was followed.
I bought a us pass when it started to pour down rain on me road the bus for two hours as Chief McManus and a couple of his dirty officers used the VIA bus cameras to watch me and see where I was going. At approximately 1500 hours a minion got on the bus to stare me down sending at receiving text messages on bus number 34.  I got off that bus and went to Austin HWY. went to Target used their computers to make update on the blog and my enemies accessed that network to see where I was and before I knew it Austin HWY was full of minions sent to follow and circle they were unaware that Chief McManus had fried my phone on Friday evening and they kept beeping waiting for me to take pictures. The minions were being neglected and that was caused by the man that sent them. I made my way to Walmart and used their computers I posted comments on my Instagram I was finally able to get into the account after being locked out for several days. The Walmart electronics staff came over yelling at me. Shortly after I had posted three comments. Gee I wonder if someone had contacted her. Yes is the answer. She told me to sign out after I had already begun the process she suggested that I hit the ex at the top right of the screen. I had to explain to her that merely closes the page and it would cause me to remain signed into my accounts of course someone working electronics already knows this it is the basics of these accounts. I was able to sign out successfully and as I walked away she stood at the computer looking bewildered you can bet she was instructed to get into my account and most likely delete the last comments I had posted and as you can imagine they probably want to delete the entire account she wasn't able to do it. She could go into the history and read what I had posted and you would think she would have a heart concerning my situation.
After posting that I wet back out to Austin HWY and went to the bus stop there was two oddicers at the Walmart gas station waiting for me and when I went across the street to the bus stop an officer drove by twice checking my location. Then when I took the bus dwntown a couple of officers were following.

CHIEF MCMANUS SAYS THEY DON'T TOLERATE

What a lying sack he says they don't tolerate this behavior this man is guilty of this behavior himself. I have an officer trying to break in my home and kill me and he is still on the force and this fake tyrant is claiming he outraged oh please you are fake as the day is long you encourage this behavior this is exactly what officers are instructed to do to me on a daily basis.
You called the FBI yourself? You called the dirty agents that are manipulating the system to help you. Like for example agent Loren see this blog for details on this monster chasing me all over the city.
It angers me to see him lying to the entire city portending to be somebody he will never be.
This officer is looking at federal repercussions? watch closely people it will NOT happen. It's amassing the officer was even arrested apparently officers don't get arrested for climbing into a woman's home to kill her for 38 consecutive days night after night no big deal right? That murderous monster is still on the force walking around with a loaded weapon and when he decides he is going to kill again he will and nothing will stop him because he has no moral compass to stop him.

This does not help I have been singing this song for 15 months he is still on the streets and there is no reason to believe he will be brought to justice thanks James

Isn't it amazing when I was trying to collect pictures of this criminal my screens kept shutting down and the computer kept reverting to the welcome screen. GEE I WONDER WHY THAT IS HAPPENING.
