HRA office black women screaming

tthis is the woman that was on the phone doing the phone interview for EBT and Medicaid while she was on the phone and she was supposed to be asking me the textbook questions during the phone interview she said out loud on the phone interview I have an excuse I have an excuse I know what excuse you can use she doesn't have reverse certificate or social security card. she didn't even ask me all the questions on a recorded call that was made to the Franklin shelter. before she was telling me that I needed my social security card and birth certificate in order to receive services because Jennifer Lopez told all of them that she doesn't want me to receive any service cuz she's a monster. while I was at the HRA office doing a follow-up and trying to finish the application for EBT and services this woman showed up and started screaming at everybody in the office that if they didn't have their social security card or their birth certificate they wouldn't receive any services at all that doesn't match what the website says. the website doesn't say that we can't receive services without our social security card or birth certificate it says in lieu of your social security card you can have a DD-214 you can have other identification you can have other proof of your social security number you don't need your birth certificate if you have a driver's license and military ID DD214 and other forms of identification this woman decided she was going to rewrite the rules for HRA in New York she was nasty mean threatening and combative she was most nasty woman I've ever seen in their HRA office and she shouldn't have been there she was placed there by Jennifer Lopez. tthis is the woman that was on the phone pretending to be customer service for my banking institution she kept calling it refund check like she works for the IRS it's not a refund check stupid it's my goddamn money. I wasn't paying the money in to the government I wasn't paying the money in to anybody it's supposed to be available in my bank account for my use then the moron said that the bank account was closed in October of last year however March 2025 I did banking in Houston Texas and the bank account was open not closed this is how stupid she is
