Today I am at the central Library and once again the security officers here are NOT KNOCKING on bathroom doors as they told me they do all the time. I of course knew they were lying because SAPD officers that help them have been telling many people to violate the policies and procedures of their positions to attack me. In the case of the security officers at the central library they were instructed to act like children while violating the policies and procedures of their positions.
I wonder if they would really do such things simply because a SAPD officer asked them to or would a call from a congressman be more influential and would it cause them to feel more impelled to do the things they have done? When it comes to people like this that do not think for themselves and display the lack of a moral compass I wonder if they might kill or physically harm someone if a congressman asked them to? I wonder why I am still alive? I guess the Casto brothers are truly incompetent as I previously believed them to be.

Dear Congressman Castro
Dear Congressman Castro;
I wanted to thank you for sending the Texas Ranger to the location of where I am hiding and residing at this time. It has become clear to me that you were using Texas Ranger Joel Kite to create chaos, strife, and discord within the family element that is helping me to survive and hide from you and your crimes. You see as I said before their was a Constable circling me at the exact moment that the Ranger was at reside on Horseshoe Bend, so obviously not only did the ranger know I was not there he and the constable knew my exact whereabouts. I think the organization with the proper authority and capability will be find that the constable and the ranger were communicating at that moment before and after the deed was done. When that fact is established that will mean that the Ranger has violated many laws, policies and procedures of his position, and the worst of all he violated the oath he took when he decided to become a Ranger and uphold the law and defend those who are unable to defend themselves. JOEL KITE WHY would you do this? simply because a congressman asked you to? Or perhaps it is because Julian Castro asked you to; after all he was more than just a mere congressman right? What will you tell the judge? My heart and prayers go out to your family how very disappoint they will feel when the truth of this matter is brought to the light.

Sept. 18th
Late in the evening when I was walking to ingram area I was offered a ride. As usual. A man named Jesse (possibly a stage name), he was unabe to properly operate his GPS and shut it down after I got into the vehicle and it was so special that it was GPSing him directly to my location, so sweet. He was driving a royal blue auto 2 door, plate number HLT 4527.
Jesse asked me if I date for money and he had expressed his opinion that I may be in need of money if I don't have a job. It's true as hard as I try at that point in time I have been unable to get a fruitful employment opportunity do to the efforts of the members of the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign and I lost my job because of SAPD and all that had been done to me when they covering the crimes of their officers; but how did Jesse know all this?
When I asked Jesse to elaborate on this dating thing he said you know, "Sex for money", "you need the money right". Well thanks for the offer Jesse but I would just as soon starve to death thanks anyway. Then he dropped me at the corner of Ingram and Callaghan and told me his wife was at the store kiddie corner from that location and he didn't want her to see me in his auto. What the heck is this man doing soliciting me for sex when he is married and she is so close by too? In my opinion this is very sick behavior. Not just a infraction of the law but much more sick than that.
Some time back in August I think there was a young man that did all of the same things listed above he said that his name was Eric that was a fake name and he gave a fake number as well. I have had the pleasure of recently working with this young man his name is Mateo and he works at the Fresh warehouse owned by the HEB corporation, I'll be listing the rest of his information very soon. I was circled by one constable and three SAPD officers as I was trying to get to work. I wonder if someone can answer the ultimate question what do they plan to do what is their objective? I understand that you think you can cover up all this activity and make it appear as though I imagining it however you need to take in account preponderance of the evidence.
I have so much evidence of the things that have been done that when it comes to those things that I merely have witnesses the judge will consider preponderance of the evidence.

A TEXAS RANGER CAME TO HOME OF FRIENDS WHO ARE HELPING HE WAS RUDE AND INSTEAD OF ASKING IF I WAS IN DANGER, HE ASKED ABOUT MY MENTAL STABILITY. THIS IS MAN WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. HE MADE MY FRIENDS THAT WERE HELPING ME BELIEVE THAT I WAS A MENACE TO SOCIETY AND A CRIMINAL. I EMAILED SENATORS BEGGING FOR HELP AND WHAT I GOT WAS HARASSMENT AND STALKING AND A TEXAS RANGER THAT WAS ATTEMPTING TO SLANDER MY NAME AND HELP SOMEONE USING HIS POSITION NOT TO HELP ME BUT TO COVER THE CRIMES OF SAPD.

Today I called both IA SAPD and the chef's office to get updates on what they are doing the complaints I made as per FBI instruction.
I reached Silvia at IA office and she told me that I needed to come in and sign a sworn statement and they have tried to call and I had no answering machine so they are doing nothing. I haven't had an answering machine in ten years and I have copies of my call logs and two voicemail recording when IA has called in the past and they had no trouble getting through to me on my phone previous to the past to two weeks.
So I went into the IA office reluctantly to sign a sworn statement that Silvia said that I had to sign. I have been screamed at by these sergeants before for no good reason and I didn't know what I would be met with. Silvia also told me I did not file my complaint correctly however I used the online process that is on the IA website and if I did not file my complaint properly why did I have IA staff respond and why have I just been told to sign a sworn statement?
I was escorted back into IA by Sergeant Lopez he began asking me why I was there and he did not have my file in front of him and he did not have any of the several statements that I had turned in to I.A. office.
I gave him the statement about Officer Martinez and after reviewing he said well I can't say he did this police report incorrectly I don't what you told him. I repeated over and over again that I gave him license plate numbers and He stated in the report I had been followed for a year and I had only been here in San Antonio for two months at the time the report was filed and I can prove that. Sergeant Lopez said "Well I don't know that is what you said to him". Then I pointed out that Officers have recording devices and he can it to see what I said. He was surprised, I asked him when officers began wearing the COBAN system. I had my pen and paper ready and was waiting for sergeant Lopez to give me the exact date it was put in use and he said well those don't always record and we can't get those recordings. He was saying plain as day that SAPD will suppress those recordings when ever they deem necessary in my opinion . I told Sergeant Lopez that police reports have been deleted and I have the hard copies. I explained to him that call sheets and actual police reports written by officers are very different. He told me I was wrong yet I was told this information by a Detective in the records department of SAPD records department and he continued to tell me that I was wrong and this is the way it is done.
I told him that an officer has been following me both on and off duty and I have pictures and witness statements and he said anyone can take pictures that means nothing. The FBI instructed me to take pictures and this man is telling me that the pictures mean nothing. I told him that the security officers where I reside called SAPD non-emergency and a police officer pulled over the vehicle that was following me, and separate police officer responded to the call. All of this information was removed from the computer systems and the call was erased from dispatch. The Sergeant told me I had no legitimate complaint and escorted me from the Office. I became upset with this whole ordeal and listed loudly all the things I have been put through with SAPD the fact that I am in fear for my life the fact that I filed police reports asking that they help me enforce court orders and I have not received any help from SAPD.
Does anyone else find it odd I was told to come into IA office to sign a sworn affidavit and was met with condescending ridicule telling I have no legitimate complaint?

The security guards at the central public library were helping sapd harass me.
I was in the bathroom talking openly to the table that was given to me by one of the minions and security began beating on bathroom doors. They told me they always do that. Funny I had never seen them do that before that day.
I was here last week and they never did any such thing and I am here again today and they are not beating on bathroom doors once again.
They were lying and the only reason they were doing it is because I was in the bathroom talking to the tablet about the various crimes they have committed against me over the years and that those things have become very clear now that I am experiencing this adversity.
