a Summary

My name is Dawn Neering and for the past 4 years i have been attacked by the Castro Brothers they do things like sending various law enforcement officers to harass me. I was locked in my home from May 22nd to July 24th because Officer A. Flores was trying to climb in windows and kill me. He is a close personnel friend of Julian Castro. Julian was in constant communication the Chief of Police and made sure the crimes of his friend were covered up. I lost everything my house possessions, auto, ect.. and the man trying to kill me was never brought up on charges and still has his home and paycheck. Congressman Castro sent Texas Ranger Joel Kite to harass me he told the Ranger that I was insane and he wanted to Ranger to make a statement that I was insane, the FBI have been watching all this and much more that the castro brothers are doing to manipulate the system in Texas. I am sorry but neither of these men will ever be president and I am thanking my GOD for that fact. My ex-husband is their close personnel friend and that is why this is happening to my babies and I. The Castro's have put a lot of energy into covering up the fact that my children and I were beaten and abused for ten years it would've been easily proven in a court of law but Julian and his friends held up all the documentation that proved it. He and Frank Castro Jr. called CPS and told them to not give me my documents. When Julian was showed the rape crisis counselor documentation that proved I was being raped during my marriage he ignored it and continued to believe the lies his friend was telling him(my ex-husband Gregory Marshall). Joaquin promised everyone that he could make me go away by causing me to go insane because I love my children deeply and I miss them so much he thought he could cause me a nervous break down, he was wrong. Just last weekend I went to the ER to be seen for a virus and he called the ER trying to tell them I was insane and should be held in their behavioral health unit and he has done this to me several times over the past 5 months and not once has it worked. So the definition of an insane person is what? Doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results and the mentally unhealthy person is? I will let you be the judge. Can I prove all that I have said? Nope but the FBI sure can.
I am still on the street as we speak with no safe place to go I have officers circling me like their sharks circling their prey. Are you going to lift a finger to help are going to help me? Well I am pretty sure you had your hand in putting me here put I won't announce that loudly until the FBI tells me they have evidence of the part you played in all this. I know for a fact the Mayor's office has done nothing and I know you and your wife are in constant contact with the mayor's staff. I also know that the first time I ever contacted the mayor's office I had screws sunk into my tires and I was chased in the middle of the night so i would be scared into a place of submission and shortly after that your bother called me and told me a truck load of lies with the under lining agenda of manipulating me and attempting to get control. My objective was to save my babies and your objective was to cover crimes of family and friends
Now when contacting the mayor's office begging for help Julian and Erica Castro are telling the mayor's staff to ignore me and do not help me. I have men coming at me 24/7 that are being paid by the Castro brothers and the members of the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign which includes my ex-husband Gregory J Marshall. Gregory has been lying to the schools and my children telling them their mother doesn't want them he has also been telling the lies that I am mentally insane. The Castro Brothers and their wives are helping him with these lies and manipulating the system. For example and their are many more examples Anna Castro is telling all news reports in San Antonio not to cover my story, most won't even read my story and all of them are snarky and rude. All of these people have played a role in Official Oppression and manipulating the system.

San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign

The San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign took my children and gave them to their father Gregory J Marshall who is abusive and was removed from our family home by CPS I call begging to see my children and all members of the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign say you will never see your children again it has been 3 and half years since I have seen my children and because of the corruption of the Castro Brothers. When I sent a email to the mayors office ramon vasquez was chasing me in his auto I gave a picture of his plate to officers. His son broke into my home and did damage and he was following me all over downtown and then was walking around my house taking pictures

HOT WELLS HOME

I moved into a home on Hot Wells Rd. In June of 2015. I had an agreement with the owner and turn it into a daycare. She wasn't as easy to deal with as I thought she would be.
While living in the home I was followed and when cleaning and remodeling the windows were open and their was a young man walking around the home taking pictures of me through the windows. I recognized him as Ramon Vasquez Jr this young man had been following me for more than a year already and I originally recognized him from website photos and Facebook. 

The home had been broke into while I was at work and a hole was made under the kitchen sink to allow an opossum access to the house. This animal have rabbit bytes and the house became infected myself and a cat that stayed sometimes all were infected and unfortunately I am still struggling with this affliction it was caused by the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign. 
The owners name is Teri and while I was staying at this home fixing it Teri was contacted by the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign and she let the electricity be shut off even though another tenant and I gave her money to pay it. She revoked her agreement to build a daycare together shortly after talking to the Fatherhood Campaign. 

I went to stay with a friend after leaving the Hot Wells home. 

In my Magnolia Home they did the same thing broken in and broke a hole under the sink letting in the opossum living under the house. 
Geno the maintenance man came to fix it however he had received a call from Officer Flores telling Geno the same ole' warn out lies that I was insane. Geno refused to give them the copies of keys to the new locks I had put in.

What the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign did

They started attacking me when Greg was removed from the our home by CPS in Dec. 2012. Frank Castro Jr. decided that CPS did something wrong and told Greg to force his way back in the house. When in the house he was given a block of instruction to have me removed from the house by officers(when he was out of the house he had filed false police reports that I abuse him I didn't know at the time), He was instructed to get reports written against me for hitting him even though I did no such thing.

You know what is so funny about this is Greg failed to tell San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign that I had been forced to file police reports against his mistress and then filed 2089 to start an investigation because she had been threatening me. He had a long pattern.
Greg also failed to tell San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign how many witnesses their were to the abuse but the fatherhood campaign is full of sociopaths that would have tried to make the witnesses disappear.

Here we have another great mayor doing a wonderful job contacting her council members and asking all of them to read and help to respond. She returned it with response in one day.

See and we have yet more evidence in a terrible poll I am forced to do that our Mayors' Office just is the worst Mayor's Office in the nation. I have been using twitter all day to tell my story and make the nation knows what the Castro Brothers have done and the fact I can get the mayors help because Julian Castro tells them to ignore my cries for help and to do nothing to help me.
I have all law enforcement agencies harassing me and they are being instructed to do so by the Castro brothers and when all of this was being posted on Twitter Julian Castro had my account locked and as I said before the man has no morals or integrity and is going to great lengths to hide his crimes, Official Oppression, and corruption of the system.

My neighbors next door witnessed every thing Officers in the back yard watching flores and Officers in the front yard.
They saw flores outside my windows trying to get in the house night after night with a loaded weapon trying to get in and kill me.
They witnessed the SWAT Officers grabbing flores and taking him downtown. They saw everything.
My two neighbors were called into the Chief's office and they were convinced to commit perjury and lie and say they didn't see all those officers. They actually agreed to lie about it and say that animals were activating their motion sensor lights when they knew full well if was Officer Flores he knew exactly where to walk to set off the light and he needed that light to get in the windows of my home. The Chief''s staff then asked these two women if they would testify that I was insane they refused to testify to that because it simple isn't true...and maybe they have half a moral compass.

Those neighbors live at 730 W. Magnolia st SA 78212 two young sweet young ladies that were coerced by the members of the Chiefs' Office.

I was lied to at this time and told that FBI was collecting this information and no such thing was happening because when they really were doing an investigation they were called by the Castro Brothers and told to stop.

This morning Oct. 22nd as I was walking to Whataburger I was approached by a black man in a white 4 door small SUV type vehicle plate # JWL 9718 He rolled down his window asked if I would go with I refused and he pulled away turned around at Flores St. and drove back by and then was gone.

I didn't go into Whataburger there were two officers an SAPD officer eating and a Sheriff working security, I didn't want a repeat of past events so I just left.

Congressman Castro doesn't know to quit like a child

Congressman is still hacking into computers and stooping my emails in my facebook account I am not allowed to send messages it is blocked and I can't post commits on others pages that is blocked.
When I went to use my yahoo account it is not recieving or sending any emails I am sure he has help from my ex-husband with and normally the only I can do anything at all is if I have help from my guardian angel. Some city Official has pulled my guardian angel and are questioning and threatening him that's the sick san antonio we live in be glad if you don't live here.

Chuck Anderson Minion

In July I was approached by Minion Chuck Anderson during our interaction he shared that he had direct contact with Chief McManus on Tuesday and Thursday. I don't know what he expected me to do with this, he obviously thought that I wanted to get in the man's face about my situation he will lie and say he doesn't know about it he always lie to press to his officers, to the residents of San Antonio. Not only that fact but I have talked to this man three times in the past, now that I think about it the first time I talked to him it did produce results because he made his staff do something. What does this man do? Oh silly me he does photo shoots that's how I find him and talk to him.
Anyway I shared with a SAPD victim advocate that Chuck told me he had direct access to the Chief and then Chuck lost his job and now he has access to no one. What's my point?
Congressman Castro did that. That's your buddy right Chief? Congressman Castro walks around trying to convince people that I am insane and crazy and then he gave me an opprotunity on a silver platter to come face to face with Chief and what would a actual crazy person do when face to face with the man who destroyed her life and took all her possession and home? Think Think So Chief is congressman castro a good friend? Because from what I can see here this man set you up for possible bodily harm or worse. You can Thank me later for being sane of sound mind. Oh Congressman Castro if I thought getting face to face with the chief would help me I would have made it happen I am not sure how your mind works? How would that help? So he could lie in his special snarky way? 

Oct 20th after COB

I left the SAC college and went to the Candlelight coffee house I arrived approximately at 1630 and I stayed until 2010. While I was at the coffee house the employees had made it obvious that they had received phone calls. They kept coming to the patio and watching me and making sure I was sitting right there.
Shortly after I arrived two officers parked across the street and of course I was hoping it was about me and maybe i would be receiving access to the safe place I have been begging for. Nope they were just eating dinner. The same two officers came back about 15 minutes after they had left and were sitting in the parking lot across from the coffee house. They just watched sitting there nothing else.
I left at 2010 walked down St. Mary's to the tri point and there was a SAPD officer sitting in the parking lot watching me perhaps he was there for some other reason but he never got of his cruiser. He didn't go in, of course it made me uncomfortable so i went down and went under the over pass and on the other side of the over pass was a minion. He was flashing his lights at me and beeping his horn they all act like fools like that. He waved me into his car refused to roll down the window. I recognized him I saw this one in early September, I made the mistake of getting in the vehicle in Sept. he was a spaz he keep saying lets get together i have money. I said no and told him I needed directions because I was looking for something, he ignored me. I asked his name and he became angry he said he was going to drive me around the corner and i said unlock the door he refused. I had to get very loud and aggressive to get him to let me out of the car and now he is back set by Congressman Castro and all the members of the fatherhood campaign no doubt just like before.
He drives a small 4 door silver car with plate number JVY 3034. I refused to deal with this one he was too ridiculous to even have a conversation with.

Last night there was a pick up speeding past me on the street adjacent to where I was sitting it went up and down a two block strip of the street and just keep driving back and forth. The pick up truck looked exactly like Flores auto of course I didn't see who was driving it but it was the same make and model and color.

Michigan 2013 First Minion

Jerry Alexander was first minion it all started in Michigan. When my children and I went to Michigan we stayed with my parents but we had a time limit. My Father told his doctor that he moved his daughter and kids back to Michigan and the doctor said "how many kids?" My Dad said 12; WHAT? OK it's only four but it feels like 12. LOL so we had a time limit to get it together.
There was three homes that I almost closed the deal on and Greg got involved and he said he would help me close the deal on these homes. The deal dropped through on all three. I found out later that Greg had talked to these landlords and each person he told them that I abuse substances and I won't pay my bills and I don't know it is likely that he told them I had a mental diagnosis considering how often he uses that lie. He told me that if I went into a homeless shelter I could use my veterans status to get housing in about 4 days. He lied and he was setting me up for failure he wanted me to look like a bad mom and unstable so he instructed the kids and I to go to the shelter. We did not get housing and it was not a positive experience the kids liked playing with the other kids and it was better for them because Mom and Dad's farm house is way out surrounded by fields and not any other kids in sight. We went back to grandpa and grandma's and shortly there after we finally found a house and this time he didn't ruin my chances to get it.
We moved in August 2013 and I had two roommates move in to make it more affordable. Bill and Jerry later we find out Jerry was a minion the whole time and being paid by Greg. It was my ten year old Aadyan that informed me that he over heard a conversation between his Dad and Jerry and he could hear his dad saying well help me get my kids from her we are going to convince everyone she is crazy. My poor ten year old was heart broken he really liked Jerry.
Jerry received a block of instruction what to do to the kids and I to help him gain custody.
I was going through other issues as well and didn't know where they were stemming from my parents kept telling me it was Ariel it was.
Jerry was creating problems he was sometimes mean and at one point he was spiking my coffee with narcotics I could taste the coffee he made was bitter and I would toss it and when making a new pot I could see the white of broken pills and soon after I found out that Karrie Robertson(ariel's step mom), Greg and one other person had been calling my doctor and telling them I was abusing meds and it was Jerry's job to get those meds in my system. I could taste when he was messing with my coffee and I would throw it away so when I finally went in for a drug test because she insisted and I didn't even know why she would insist on such a thing, the test was clean and Jerry had failed at his mission to get those drugs in my system.
Then the moment we moved in this house I was getting ready to reopen my daycare took my Michigan classes and got the home inspected and I was ready. I had more important inspection to go through and it got pose poned a couple of times thank god. You see when you have a daycare you can not have a gun anywhere in the house. If the state does an inspection and finds a gun your daycare is shut down and you never have another again as long as you live. Greg knew all these things about daycare's because he was helping me run mine. So he and Huey were talking on the phone and apparently they were hashing out this plan to attack me. Huey had a handgun, it was is pride possession he showed everyone that walked in his house. The rub was it was stolen and not registered this was not an uncommon place for huey he had been in trouble before for purchasing stolen goods. Huey gave the weapon to Jerry and Jerry sneaked it into the house. I didn't know it was there for a couple of weeks he put it in Bills closest and lied to me and said it belonged to Bill when I finally talked to Bill about it he said that it defiantly not his because he was going through a divorce and gave all his weapons to his attorney that is standard for Michigan? So I finally realized that was Huey's weapon and I knew that it was there to ruin our chases of developing an income and I would have been brought up on felony charges because it was stolen and unregistered and Jerry had every intention of telling anyone that listen that it was mine. Huey then told Jerry to get it out of the house because with Aadyan's help I was figuring out what was being done. Can you believe this man would do this to his children? He was ruining our income food house clothing ect... He wanted vengeance and he didn't want to pay child support, he told me he would flip burgers before he would pay child support. He made the non-payment of child support happen didn't he.
I informed Jerry's parole board he had a weapon and it was a hand gun in his possession and he is not to ever have a weapon in his life. That was another thing that was kept a secret from me that Jerry had a criminal record I researched Jerry heavily after Aadyan told me what he heard I even talked to his sister. Apparently he is a pathological liar even worse than my ex-husband. The swat team was coming to get him and I did my best not to lead off about it. Jerry sat me down and was actually being civial and that was a sign that the crazy way he was acting after the last month wasn't really who he was it was apart of the plan and the instruction he received. So during this talk he told me that Greg and Huey had this big plan to attack me and make me look like a bad person. He told me that Greg was getting ideas and other kind of help from those people he was working with in Texas.
Jerry left before swat got there he probably had a gut feeling about what was happening. But before he secretly left he had apologized for his part in the attack on me and he shared most of it but I still had gaps in the facts and wasn't completely sure of what they had planned next. I was told that Huey had decided to help Greg attack me because his girlfriend at the time didn't like me and she wanted me to go back to Texas and at that point in time I wanted to go back to Texas too there was no work in Michigan and even if I tried they would find out I was applying and do what they could to make sure I didn't get the job. My daycare didn't get going because once I saw that gun I stopped. Of course Greg and the members of the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign really wanted me thrown in jail or prison they kept trying after this too.
So SWAT showed up and I told them he took off but they searched the house to make sure they really did a good job looking in every nook and cranny. There was a lot of them too, the next day I was visited by two members of the parole board we sat down went through every detail of all the happenings the meds in the coffee and he was messing up Bills' prescription meds too, it's my guess he couldn't get Bill to go along with Greg's plan to attack me so he was going to make Bill sick so he had to go stay in the hospital again. When I saw that Bill was acting funny and had unushual signs and symptoms that he did not normally display I sat down with him and looked through his meds and found the evidence that they had been tampered with. I don't know if Jerry was instructed by Greg to do this but he certainly did it.
It took two months to find Jerry but they sure did. Bill and I testified against him and he went to Jackson Prison for 6 six years for the weapon don't know what the charge was for the meds didn't keep up with it I was on my way back to Texas at that time.

CPS removal and forcing way back in

My children and I headed back to Michigan in February of 2013, here in Texas things were falling apart for me and at the time I didn't know it but a lot of it was due to Gregory J Marshall attacking me behind the scenes. My daycare inspector was Page Lewis and some after leaving Texas I found out that Page had been in contact with Greg he was telling her lies as he does. He instructed her to put me through more inspections that were necessary and put me under fire. He was telling some of the same lies he has always stuck to she has many medical conditions and she has mental diagnosis and as always he kept changing what this fabricated diagnosis was. Page Lewis said some things that were off during our inspections and they were red flags that he was talking to her. 

Greg tried talking to daycare parents and most wouldn't listen to him but I did loose some clients because of what he was saying to them what ever they may have been.

Greg was then calling me and threatening to take the children out of school and I would never see them again and I would become fearful for my children and keep them home from school. Greg knew his threats would cause this reaction in me and then we would end up with too many absents from school and it would me look bad as a mother. The excess of absents did happen however he didn't count on the truancy officer on being a really good guy and working with me and helping me file the police reports against Greg. 

Ariel was skipping school and causing chaos and strife in the home it was creating fights between her and I; I was already going through an emotional gambit and I was wearing under the pressure. Later that year I learned Ariel had been instructed to do all this by her step-father. Her father was insisting to take her to Michigan and I was arguing with him that the family had to stay to together and then he(Huey) began to work on me to take the whole family to Michigan even though I didn't want to leave Texas. The CPS investigator and her supervisor were both telling me I should go because my family and friends were there and it would a solid support system for help with putting myself together and rebuilding. 

I was having a hard time with the teachers at school and receiving less than kind e-mails. I also had to contend with there absences and try to keep my daycare full to pay the bills. I figured out on my own that Greg was talking to all the teachers at school and was doing as he does and play acting that he missed his kids and needed to know how they were he successfully convinced two to feel sorry for him. If it were true Greg needed to know how his kids were and needed to know how they were doing then why did he refuse to go to any of the supervised visits CPS set up for him? And when the kids wanted to talk to their father I would hand them the phone I never denied them access to their father. Sometimes he wouldn't take the call and once Anikin was trying to talk to his father and his father was just too busy, he told Anikin he was going to call him back at 7pm and Anikin waited those 4 hours for that call and it never came it broke his little heart. 

The following day Greg told our CPS worker that he was I was deigning him access to the kids. I shared with the worker Aubrey what he had done to Anikin. When Aubrey confronted him she said it took a long while to get him to own it, and when she finally got him there he said "Well what is there to talk about to a three year old". Anikin was 4 years old at the time and Aubrey knew that. Greg was making all these calls and contacting all these people to make me fail and unfortunately it was working. The hardest to deal with was my daughter ripping apart the family from within. 

Greg sent one of the daycare dads over to the home to spy on me and he had a strange request of moving in to help me with the daycare until I can get back on my feet again. He was instructed to do this by Greg and he got the idea from his new friends at the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign. I guess if a man moved in the house I would look bad and of course I wasn't to entertain the idea. I guess we could call this the first minion in a long line of minions.

The CPS worker made me go buy a new vehicle of course she was right I needed to replace my beat up van but now I added two payments to an already failing income. The pressure continued to mound and I wasn't sleeping because with all Greg's threats I had to watch the house and keep it safe from him coming in in the middle of the night. 

All these various attacks on me and sending someone to the house to spy on me was unique behavior for him and I knew it was the organization he was working with that was suggesting he do all this. 

He had forced his way back in the home and it was defently the idea of San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign because he shared loudly that Tamer Morsi and Frank Castro Jr. said that CPS can't remove him. He went on and on that nothing that took place was right. The entire investigation was conducting without our awareness and they went to the schools and questioned our kids with out our knowledge. But isn't that exactly how it is done why is Frank Castro Jr. telling him it was done wrong? Greg was just angry because not only did our own children share he was mean and hitting but the daycare children were sharing too. He felt like he was being attacked and he was going to return fire, however it wasn't fire it was children being allowed to share with complete and told honesty with no fear of condemnation. 

Greg forced his way back in and I was instructed to call Police if he did so by CPS and I was going to follow their instruction to a tee. I was a bawling mess when Officers got there it was devastating for me because it took so many years to get him out I had been trying for two years. I know everyone sees that and says what's so hard about getting him out....you don't understand the many different tactics I attempted to get him out and as always I was having trouble finding an attorney. So he was back in the house and I was dis-empowered, I told the Officers everything and I made sure to be truthful he hadn't hit me just yet and in fact he was being nice, fake nice.

After 4 or 5 days being home Aadyan came to me and said Mom look I don't have any bruises as he showed me his arms I think he really has changed this time. I couldn't break his heart and tell him he was faking it but I knew when he found out Dad was faking it, it would break his heart but that was just a hurt I had to let my precious son feel because I could not bad mouth his father even I knew full well there was an explosion of anger coming around the corner, we had been living this for ten years one marriage counselor after another trying to make it work. 

The following day Greg called police officers and told them I was hitting him. He were actually fighting because he somehow figured out that, that day I had gone to the family justice center and filed for a PPO order that is what I was instructed to do by CPS case workers and that was a Friday and I completed the process and had proof and documents sent to CPS and when they received those they shared they would be there Monday to remove him again. So he was angry with me because he knew I went to the court house and I was anxious to get my computers back that he had stolen from the house before they came to remove him for good. He kept asking what I had done today and he would follow me to each room of the house asking over and over again. There's no way I was going to tell him what I had been doing so when he would confront me I would go to another room. We went through the house like that I was making funnies about it, Ok gotta clean Ava's room, now Anikin, now Aadyan and so on....I ended up outside trying to get away. Yep you guessed it he followed me out there too. Ariel came outside to make sure he wasn't raising his hand as he had done so many times before. We use to have the best mother and daughter relationship anyone ever saw until it was destroyed by monsters. She and I were making jokes and dancing in an effort to distract Greg and get him annoyed enough to walk away. He was sticking to his guns so we got in the new van and Ariel cranked the radio(what neighbors), then she started to sing loudly to the music on the radio she is one funny kid. Greg still wouldn't go away and he was determined to win he got in the back of the van and he was calling 911, of course this upset me because what lies was he going to tell and you can't run a daycare when cops are visiting your house weekly. I attempted to gain control well now that you have the cops coming they are going to take you away so give me the computers before you go. Oh I am keeping those with a big smile on his face. So I went marching to his truck that was really mine, and I started taking his things out and piling them in the driveway looking for the computers. He started chasing me down angry i ran to steves yard and he followed then I ran to ricks' yard and he went back to the house. So I slowly got back to the house before he locked me out which he had done before. Officers showed up and that is listed on another blog post.

Dear Castro Brothers

Because all I have seen you do without remorse and all the lives I have seen you ruin and then blame me of course; I just am not sure how your minds work fully and completely.

So I wanted to ask you how do you think the FBI feels when you are calling them acting as if you are their authority telling them not to investigate? You are telling them not to do their jobs and violate their oath. Now I am not a hundred percent on this but does Congressman Castro even fall anywhere near their chain of command I will attempt to look it up later or call agent Mike and ask but I don't think a congressman is an authority over the FBI like you were trying to be.
There's a lot of pride that goes into being an FBI agent much like being a solider, of course you would have no clue what that means and I don't have the capacity to try to bring you to a place of understanding right now I pray some day you will get it but I won't hold my breath.
Do you really think the FBI is going to let you push them around and do nothing about it? See it's the pride thing oh gee talking to a wall. In my heart of hearts I know they won't sit ideally and go quietly into the night you should of thought of that when you were calling and attempting to use them for your CYA.
You know about the pride of your own careers and abusing your positions when you are hurting people and manipulating the system that is when you walk around with your head held high. Will that head be held high when you are marching to the unemployment line? That's where you are headed.
I am sure mommy is very proud that you were attacking white people, the white people you hurt the most are three small innocent children. Who cares if they are children who can't defend themselves from two monsters that took their mom away from them and put them with their mean father who has a history of abuse and has been in-trouble for that abuse. Who cares that they cry out in the night for their mom and  when they ask their father if they can see their mom he screams NO.  who cares about all that Julian and JoaQuin Castro what matters to you and your mother is that you attack white people and my babies sure are white. You made a real dumb mistake with their father he looks Latino but he is white too and you chose to use your positions to help a child abuser who is guilty of rape and many other forms of abuse, and doing so you attacked a woman fighting for her children who has been his victim for years and when she finally struggled to get out from under his ranee of terror along comes you and your brother to make her hell last on and make it much worse sending people to solicit her for sex with payment Julian that is a felony. I'm still strong I will keep going until you get justice for all those felonies. You know what else I am strong enough to hang on waiting until your children are told what you have done to me and my babies I am going to make sure your children know that mommy and daddy aren't just mom and dad they are MONSTERS not sesame street but those that have no heart and no soul and all children should fear you and yours. It will be done that which is the dark always comes to light. 

The Strong Hold on Officer Dech

Officer Dech and his supervisor have been ordered to never talk to any of the Senators, congressmen, and many other government officials that may call. Now when these officials call and they are told that he is unavailable, and then they are told this 3 or 4 times I assure you they will see the red flag.

The SAPD Chief's office knows that Officer Dech is allowed to talk to any of these members of Washington or any other figures of authority he will tell the truth. They don't know what it is like to have a moral compass of their own but they do recognize he has one.

That is always the mistake of the Castro Brothers walking around judging the world according to their own lack. Lack of: Common sense
                                        Empathy and compassion
                                        Intergerity and much more lacks that I not yet clear on.
I assure you when these members of the government and attorney's call and they are told that they can not speak with Officer Dech and they are then told that several times; those of them that do in fact own common sense and sound cognitive reasoning will concede that Officer Dech has information that the Chief's office does not want to be shared with anyone they will see clearly that what I have been through and all that is listed here is in fact true and they are in fact hiding the truth and covering crimes.

Now what Chief's Office? Once they are able to determine that it is true what will they then do? You should be worried because as I said before because you have no common sense or moral compass you assume the rest of the world is like you and that ASSUMPTION will lead you to your demise. All because you wanted to do favors for the Castro Brothers and who else knows?

I have not seen my children or talked to them in three and half years. Please take a moment and look at your children, now try to imagine not seeing them grow for three and half years. A year and half ago your husband called me and told me he was going to help me, he was lying to me and he had no intention of helping me at all and in fact the only reason he was calling me was because I had contacted the Clinton administration announcing that your husband and his brother were helping a man who had beat on me and raped me for ten years, a man who had been removed from his family home because he was found to be abusive and CPS had every intention of prosecuting him. Your husband and brother in law helped to cover the proof of the abuse and they were helping him to keep my children from me. Try to imagine your children in the hands of a man like this...what would you do to save them how far would you go? As I struggle through this adversity things are coming to light that I did not previously understand for example the news channels and some magazines here in San Antonio wouldn't cover my story, some wouldn't even read it, and all of them were rude and nasty. I was so confused how the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign could have over the years gotten so much news coverage and interviews(I knew the lies they were telling in those interviews), and I couldn't get anyone to listen to me. Now it is in the light, that was the favors from you that made that all possible. It's clear there is a serious lack of empathy when comes to you and your husband how could you do this to three small children? Did you know that your husband's close personnel friend Officer Anthony Flores tried to take my life when I was finally going to get justice and be reunited with my children? Your husband and brother in law made sure he didn't get the repercussions for his actions and they then set out to destroy me. I lost my home, my job, my auto, all my possessions and I now have no where safe to go I have gone several weeks without food at a time. My ex-husband had the Castros convinced he could cause me a nervous break down and he lied and said I had mental and emotional problems; you and yours should be careful who you trust this man is a pathological liar and diagnosed with sociopath disorder. I assure you this is not a person to be trusting and why would the Castro brothers agree to devious plan to destroy a woman fighting for her children?
 When I go to the FBI to get help they start to help me and your husband calls them and tells them to stop the investigation and stop helping I am then left on the street being terrorized by officers and all members of the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign with no help to fend for myself.  I am sorry for you but I will make sure this nation knows what you and your husband has done to my family and the manner in which you helping a child abuser and rapist attack his victim and get revenge on her for letting the then secret of abuse out.
Now as we speak your husband continues calling law enforcement officers including the Texas Rangers and instructing them to harass me. I have been on more than 20 free consultations with attorney's and your husband would call them and tell them not to take my case and then lie to them saying I had some sort of mental illness and was taking large doses of meds. I have no conditions and I take no meds of any kind. These were the lies being told by the members of the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign and these lies started by my ex-husband it would've best for everyone's careers to have asked for proof of the conditions I never had. It a court of law I will be presenting to the court several pieces of proof the condition your husband was saying I have continued to change from one thing to another according to the documents I possess I have 4 to 6 different conditions that's amassing I should have doctors published who study me.

I walked through Alamo Heights from 0200 to 0330 and I patiently anticipated the harassment of the Alamo Heights officers in the same fashion as the Olmos Park police but the my dismay the Alamo Heights officers never appeared. I guess they had enough sense to tell my enemies NO or perhaps NO WAY...........Thank You Alamo Heights much appreciated

Oct. 17th and 18th

On October 17th I headed down McCullough ave north bound. I was heading to the HEB there was a Olmos Park police officer he had circled me three times before I reached Olmos st and started heading down the street towards the HEB. He came around to head me off and pass me on Olmos st. His passenger side window was down and he had his spot light ready. I had a trying day and decided I wasn't going to take it anymore when he came close to me to harass me I yelled at him HARASSMENT and then I kept walking; he decided not to talk to me at that point. When I got to HEB it had already closed, it was after 2400. So I then headed to the Valero at the corner of San Pedro and Olmos st and they were closed due to shift change. An SAPD Officer showed up and was let in before everyone else, guess they thought he wouldn't steal the money they were counting. When the rest of us were let in he was still there leaning on the counter using his phone. Most likely it was coincidence we were there at the same time and he stayed for a while.
When I walked back through Olmos Park luckily the Officer in question was busy checking a store front for damage. He spotted me and shared information with the other officer there about me but I couldn't hear it.
On October 18th at 2330 I headed down McCullough ave repeating the previous evening. When I reached Hildebrand I could see an officer up ahead circling and he appeared to be waiting for someone of now I know he was waiting for me and he had been informed I was heading in that direction. When i reached the Lego store the officer passed by went a couple of blocks turned around and passed by in the opposite direction. I keep walking fully aware of what was happening because I have been doing this for years. I passed subway and went through the back parking lot of 100 west olmos to head down olmos st to HEB. The officer passed by using the street adjacent to subway and then he went around the block and headed down olmos st and pulled into the drive way of the parking lot I was walking through he was coming head on. He passed through and I collected his plate #1190020 there was no vehicle # that I could see like a SAPD Cruzer. He turned left, then left on McCullough and used the circle to come back down Olmos again and passed me once more when I was headed to HEB. I saw him pull into boyseville parking lot and sit. I went to HEB purchased a pop and headed back the same way I walked into olmos park. I was passed by the same officer he used the circle and then went down a block and circled around and parked next to the shell station on El Parado to watch me. I collected the address of the building that I had been in the back parking lot of and walked down McCullough north bound. At this time it is 2410; when I was two blocks down from the shell station the Officer pulled through the shell parking lot so he was sitting adjacent to McCullough facing north bound so he could watch me walk, at this point I was at 4343 McCullough I then turned to wave the officer down the street indicating I understood I knew what he was doing. Officer then pulls onto McCullough and passes me he drives up McCullough about 6 blocks and turns left and shortly after that he is heading back down McCullough heading south bound towards me. I knew the next step of the game so I ran through the parking lot to Dora street and there was two pick ups parked there and I hide behind them. The officer turned down Dora looking for me and I popped up and strolled back to McCullough and kept walking great cat mouse game this young man abuses his job with. So I am walking down McCullough and I sat at a bus stop at 2417 at 4501 McCullough and the Officer pasted by. I walked to the next bus stop across the street now at 4611 McCullough and the officer passed me shinning his spot light in my face. He passed and shortly there after he came back again with a second officer in tow. It's now 2425 and the harassing officer turned himself around and pulled in facing the bus stop. The second officer was across the street and I didn't see him get out maybe since I had a Officer in my face. He asked what I was doing and asked if I was lost. He then shared that down the street he saw me writing in a note book, then he asked if I was reading a map. Do you write in a note book and read a map at same time? Anyway I told him I was heading down McCullough north bound I had a destination in mind I certainly wasn't going to share. I was in fear at this point because the Officer went and got a second Officer before confronting me, first I had a officer trying to take my life and yes I may a little skittish about officers and two I know full well  if I get taken in I may never see the light of day again because SAPD wants to cover up the embarrassment. So while I was feeling fearful I did not get his badge number but he shared with me that his name is Corporal Flemming or something close to that. I then asked if he was the same officer that was following me the previous evening he confirmed he was working and he immediately said "But I didn't say anything to you did I"? I firmly believe that he was going to why else would he roll down the passenger side window on a cold night? The only reason he said nothing to me was because I yelled harassment. Please note that he was not rude he was actually nice or at least in the end of the conversation which confused me about his intentions with an hour of circling me and following me. He then left reconfirming he was just checking to see if I was alright. They were then both gone and I crossed the street and sat at bus stop 79157 the second officer then passed me at 2448 heading south bound plate # 1288184 and then he turned around coming back by heading north bound he stopped rolled down his window and asked if I was alright and if I needed anything. These Officers were polite and cordial which confused me as to what the objective was of all the circling and following.
I stayed at 302 mellrose street two weeks ago and when I left that location at ten at night and headed to the HEB I was followed by an Officer from 302 to the HEB and on the way back from HEB I saw the same officer I am not 100 percent but I believe that was Corporal Flemming too.
