This man in the chief's office has been informed of everything happening and everything Officer Flores is doing including and not limited to hacking into my phone and he has decided to take no action at all. I was instructed by FBI agents to call him and ask what action he is taking and at all possible get it in writing and then deliver it to FBI headquarters. So Joseph Gillian refuses to answer the phone when I call and he refuses to return any of the several messages I have left him so when I return to FBI headquarters that is all I will able to deliver the incompetence and responsible actions of the Chief's staff.

I began driving for Owl Cab Co. I took a picture of my cat laying on the cab on 01/16/2017 at 1940 hours. One picture accidentally contained the plate number of the cab. I deleted it but obviously A. Flores saw the plate number before I deleted it. On 01/19/2017 at 0840 hours SAPD showed up to the Van and put a orange sticker on it and less than fifteen minutes later a tow truck showed up and took the van. Only three days after I started driving the van they did not take action against this van until I started driving it. There are parking tickets associated with this van and I read SAPD website concerning parking tickets and it clearly states that those tickets have to go unpaid for one year before the van is subject to seizure. I sure do hope the parking tickets associated with this van are exactly one year old from 01/19/2017 because my suit against SAPD just got that much bigger. Apparently Officer A. Flores hasn't ran out of favors to call in so he can get his revenge on me. I wonder when his comrades will wise up and realize this man is abusing the system and he is abusing that fine blue line. 

The van was parked at 134 Craig PL. 78212, there were other vehicles parked there and it was not a no parking zone. The residents of 127 Craig Pl. witnessed the whole ordeal go down and the fact it only took SAPD 15 minutes to take the van. I have seen vehicles all over this city sitting around for weeks with that same orange sticker and for weeks SAPD doesn't send a tow truck to get them. When it is a vehicle I am responsible for that is taken right away there is no waiting.   

If one single piece of paper or any of my possessions are missing from the van while it is sitting in the SAPD impound yard you can bet that will be a result of yet another favor called in by Officer A. Flores. Since I was texting in the phone that Officer A. Flores is hacking in that I left a lot of important documents in that van when it was taken I am quite sure that Officer A. Flores sees this as an opportunity to to make me fail. He so enjoys knocking me down each and every time I try to stand on my own two feet and fight for my children. This is the making a giant disaster for the city of San Antonio and SAPD allowing an Officer to manipulate the system to this degree. 

I will be taking these new occurrences to the FBI, the Mayors open door policy all the Senators and a court of the law 

Since I have been telling the mayor of this problem for the last 8 months I will be taking it to her opposing parties and she can thank you and Officer A. Flores for loosing her reelection campaign.

Thank you for not helping me and I have so enjoyed all of you screaming in my face I play the recordings over and over and I can hear myself getting upset and I too raised my voice I am so very sorry for that. Maybe the judge will understand my frustration and understand that I became devastated. After all this whole thing is about 3 small children I don't care about anything but them I really don't care what you people do behind closed doors; I only care about my 3 small children.

Hubert Clifton Robertson the 3rd

Hubert C. Robertson assisted Gregory J. Marshall in attacking the mother of his child. This man is so sick he thinks it is perfectly OK that three small children have lost their mother and are unable to speak to her or see her.
Hubert C Robertson is the father of my oldest child Ariel Jade Robertson and Gregory J Marshall of the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign is her step-father. Since Ariel was old enough to speak and understand what people are saying her father has been bad-mouthing her mother right in front of her he has never had anything nice to say about or to her mother since the beginning of Ariel's life. He has for many years been saying that her mother is an Alcoholic and he tells this lye to anyone that will listen. This is a perfect example of projection considering this man has had three DUI's and has had court order AA classes that he never did finish. I was never able to make sense of the fact that he would go out and get fall down drunk after he attended Dr. Baker's AA classes. I am sure Dr. Baker could explain this in a more formal manner than I ever could it is her area of expertise and she is the one with the psychology degree.
From the time Ariel was born and I had custody he never paid a dime of child support we had an agreement that we would work out between us however now that he has decided to help Gregory J Marshall attack me he has filed a child support claim against me lying to the courts about my income levels. It will be thrown out but this is one of many things Tamer Morsi of the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign has advised the people involved in my case to do. The other is he advised them


However this man's sickness goes deep his daughter told him she felt like dying and she was suicidal. He drove her to his mother's house got in his truck and left the state to work. Work is more important than our daughter's life because that is what these men think money is more important than human life and they have shown their ability to make the trade over and over again. He did not take our daughter to the hospital he did not get her a doctor or a counselor and to this day she does not have a counselor. When she tells him she needs a counselor he says "Do you know how much that costs?". "You say you need a counselor and that is your mother talking". No you small minded person that is the entire medical community talking. People go to counselors to dump the things stressing them bothering them. People who are church goers and have a love and respect for god go see their pastors and priests. You think you are healthy because you claim not to need such things all that does is prove how sick and pretentious you are. Father of the year this one. SICK
Hubert C Robertson even went so far as to put our daughter in the middle of the battle between Gregory J Marshall of the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign and myself. He instructed our teenage daughter to dig for information from so the members of the SAFC would have something to use against me. Of course she fell short being able to obtain anything that I may of been doing that was wrong, unlawful, or unethical because I simply do not participate in any of this in the manner that Gregory J Marshall or Huey Robertson do. My daughter went so far as to make up a lie that I was drinking when I was not. She is rewarded with material possessions when she supplies these men with dirt on her own mother. In the year 2013 she was told that she would be given a limousine to go to the Homecoming dance if she moved out of my home and into her fathers' home, of course she complied with the request. It is hard enough being a teenager trying to deal with changes in our bodies and being accepted by our peer groups and then these two men come along pressuring her to stab her mother in the back and only talk to her mother when they need information about a legal battle.
The last time my daughter texted me pretending to want to talk to me, was coincedently the very same day I filed a complaint against Officer Flores with Captain Smith of the South Substation. I did not respond to my daughters text, it took some time for me to figure out what was happening however I did and I feel she will continuously be put between a rock and hard place if her and I continue to talk to each other and I do feel I am protecting her by staying clear of her because these are very sick men in our lives. Of course Officer Flores walked into the Captains' office claiming I had some sort of mental disordered in his defense claiming my allegations were false and had done nothing wrong. Flores to this day is still hacking in my phone listening to me and reading all my text messages, however even if he were to check out the evidence is there. If he were so innocent then why did he feel the need to attack my character.

The Attorney Generals Office and the calls Officer Flores made

I filed several complaints against businesses here in San Antonio because they were breaking laws and operating outside of their mission statements. The Attorney Generals staff received a phone call telling them I have some sort of fabricated mental disorder that my ex-husband piped up. I am very sure those Attorney General staff members will remember Officer Flores calling when the FBI calls them to confirm these phone calls that were made.  

Officer A. Flores hacking into cell phones using technologies owned by SAPD and allowing civilians to use the technologies

When I was sitting in a CVS parking lot a man in a jeep pulled into the parking lot next to me. My cell phones and computer began to peep and turn on and shut off and when i look over at the young man in the jeep he was playing with this device. Switching it off and on again. I have no idea what his objective was but he never went into the store and it was clear to me that he was there because of me. This happened in June 2016 and at the time I did not know that officer Flores was in my phone and he could hear me and he was GPSing my location. Now of course hind sight is 20/20 and I see what was happening.
I know all this is happening because the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign does not want me to ever see my children again and they want revenge and money from me. However why would Officer Flores need revenge on me he is not my ex-husband and I don't think he will see the money that is involved. All that money will go to Gregory J. Marshall of the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign.
When I went to the FBI and talked with agents one agent that I told about Officer Flores and my ex-husband being in my phone and hacking my phone became very upset. He said "Those are owned technologies they are using and that is a felony", now I am not clear as to what he was referring to or what he meant this is what I am guessing. SAPD owns the technologies and he is abusing them and then he is sharing them with Lay civilians. So if the technologies are owned by SAPD and Fores is a SAPD officer than isn't he using technologies that have been made available to him? So how is a felony?
I remember Christopher Martinez of SAPD was running license plates and he got in trouble and lost his job. But don't Officer's run license plates all day long isn't that aspart of their job? But Martinez was abusing that technology and he was running the license plates of every car that was at his girlfriends house and every car she got into. Oh I see so they use these technologies for personnel use and they are abusing them then it's felony and they loose their jobs. I wonder what Christopher Martinez is doing now? Maybe Flores will soon be doing the samething.

IA unprofessional

On October 2^nd 2016 I was followed from my place of employment to my place of residence. This vehicle then sat outside of my place of residence waiting for me and watching. A black Ford explorer it had a spot light on it and was clearly a vehicle that had been auctioned off by SAPD. Two security officers took down the plate number and called SAPD non-emergency line concerning the suspicious vehicle; partial plate number                  . An SAPD officer was dispatched to the GI forum to confront the driver of the vehicle and before he arrived another officer pulled this vehicle over. When the responding officer arrived he was informed that the vehicle pulled away and was pulled over. The responding officer then went to his computer system and verified that the vehicle was pulled over at that moment and the officer who pulled it over had not yet logged in results of the pull over.

I went and filed a follow-up police report three days later and all of the things listed above had been deleted from SAPD computers systems. The officer I was speaking to was hugely out of line and he was angry and treating me as if I had done something wrong and a criminal. (Refer to post Officer Moreno).

I have time stamped pictures of several officers pursuing me the following morning on October 3^rd 2016 and then continued to sit outside of the GI Forum. I was instructed by FBI agents to take pictures and was told that it was my right to collect these pictures and return to FBI headquarters with these pictures. When taking pictures of these officers they become very angry and confrontational, one particular officer who was sitting in the hospital parking lot watching me became angry when I was taking his pictures he drove his curser in an inerratic manner out of the parking lot up to the front door of the GI Forum at which time I had entered the building. He didn’t get out of his curser and come in the building to confront me BECAUSE HE WAS IN THE WRONG.

I went to IA of SAPD and have three different Sargent’s raising their voices at me and refusing to do any investigation sergeant Lopez told me coban recordings disappear all the time and I wasn’t going to get anywhere requesting those recordings. Well Lopez I cannot wait to hear you say that to the FBI so can you record it for me I would love to have a copy.

  

A. Flores of San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign

Officer A. Flores of SAPD;
This officer was lied to and painted a picture of myself that was false. He was told blatant lies about me that made him take action against me based on a false story he was fed by the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign members. He then did what he thought to be necessary believing that I was a danger to my children and the members of the SAFC. Of course I am a danger to no one and he did not need to take action against me at all. The members of the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign used Officer A. Flores to help them cover their crimes. Officer Flores had no idea the depths of these men's crimes he had no idea that Gregory J. Marshall was a abusive man who beat on his wife and children and had been removed from the family home by CPS because he was found guilty of abuse and I for one believe he would not have helped the SAFC had he known the real story. I believe he would have never victimized a woman who survived an abusive marriage a woman who was simply fighting to be with her children.
In September of 2014 I was in the lobby of the Marriott using my computer attempting to find the location of an apartment complex I was attempting to apply for residency at. Officer Flores was working the Marriott (as he did a lot that year), he looked over my shoulder watched what I was doing and he then left me be to tend to my struggles. Officer Flores could see I was doing no harm to anyone and I was not doing any of the things these men claimed I would do. IE kidnap my children and run for the border. Which is a completely ridiculous notion and I had already told the director of the SAFC I would never do that and would go through the courts but even after I corrected my ex-husbands lie the members of the SAFC continued to tell this lie. Unfortunately Officer Flores texted the members of the SAFC what I was doing and where I was and my ex-husband then called the management department of that apartment complex and that was one of many that I did not get do to the actions of the SAFC.
So you see my ex-husband is a very convincing liar and has manipulated many thousands of people like when he makes people believe that he is a good person with empathy and compassion. He has told many counselors and doctors he has no empathy and has no idea how to experience empathy. This is why I know that it simply is not Officer Flores' fault and he is as much a victim of these men  as my children and I are. I am sure that Officer Flores would not have wanted to be separated from his mother when he was a child simply because people wanted money and revenge against her and I am sure he can understand how devastating this is for my children and I. What I saw at the Marriott that day was a man who is able to experience empathy and compassion and that may be why he fell victim of the SAFC members.
When the members of SAFC asked Officer Flores to do the things they asked him the details of which I do not know. Not for a moment did they consider the stress they would be causing this man the damage to his reputation and possibly his career. They did not for consider Officer A. Flores' well-being and all that he would put on the line to do their bidding for them. What kind of friend does that? Not a very good friend at all. I made a huge mistake picking the father of my children I was blinded to see him in true light. I believe Officer Flores too is unable to see his friends in their true light and my prayers go out to him.

I did not open this e-mail until October 2016 so when I called the Guardian House twice in Sept. 2016 and once in October 2016 and they told me that there was no new orders for visitation in place and the custodian parent had not gone through another intake process I was unaware they were lying to me and playing games with my children's childhoods.

I then scheduled an intake process for visitation and when I arrived at the Guardian House I was told that someone had called and canceled the appointment. The employees of the Guardian House insisted it was me who canceled the appointment, I never called. Shortly after this time I learned that my ex-husband had been hacking into my phone he could see all my calls, texts, and he could hear all the conversations I was having anywhere near my phone. 

I find it extremely concerning that Shay a young lady employed at the Guardian House thinks that it is OK to lie to mothers trying to stay connected to their children simply because Gregory Marshall and all other employees of the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign ask her to do so. Well I guess it stands to reason that this would happen the Family Services Association owns the Guardian House and they are funneling monies into the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign.

Experts say the only way to defeat it is to remove the cell phone battery.

The FBI develops some hacking tools internally and purchases others from the private sector. With such technology, the bureau can remotely activate the microphones in phones running Google Inc.’s  Android software to record conversations, one former U.S. official said.

Indeed, even private hackers might be listening in. Specifically, private parties without security clearance may be activating your microphone or camera without your knowledge (and see this).

If Officer A. Flores of SAPD was willing to and guilty of having police reports deleted in my case, following myself all over the city of San Antonio taking pictures of me and calling a detective and asking him to make sure no investigation be conducted into the crimes committed against me by my ex-husband It only stands to reason that it was in fact Officer A. Flores who instructed Gregory Marshall of the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign how to hack my computers and cell phones. When I explained what he was doing to a San Antonio FBI agent he made the statement, “That is owned technologies he is using and it is a felony to blatantly use them”, I had no idea what the agent was talking about and after much reading and research I still only have a vague concept of what he was trying to tell me.

Fraud committed by San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign

Gregory Marshall who is now employed by the fatherhood campaign of San Antonio; was investigated and removed from his families home on December 2013 due to child and spousal abuse. He then went to the Fatherhood Campaign and was advised to file false police reports and alleging that it was he spouse who was the abuser. He then forced his way back into the family home, after agreeing to stay away as asked to due so by Child Protective Services Agents. His forceable reentry in the home cased the closing of the home daycare, which was the only income the family had.

He was removed again by CPS agents and was told that he needed to have supervised visitation and if he reentered the home the children would be placed in the system.

Mr. Marshall then with the help of the Fatherhood Campaign lied in a court of law. Covered up all of Mr. Marshalls’ abusiveness from many years of marriage, and accused the mother of abuse and mental disorders which did not exist. CPS agents informed the familly (mother and children), that it would best for them if they moved back to Michigan where the family was originally from. Mr. Gregory Marshall received supervised visitation of the children before they departed to Michigan at which time he told the children he was going to come to Michigan to be with them.  Mr. Marshall then went to work for the fatherhood campaign  and took the children from the state of Michigan where they were residing. Now that the children are in the state of Michigan they are not allowed to see or speak to their mother, grandparents, aunts, uncles, or cousins. When the Michigan family has requested an mailing address for the children they were denied this right and the family (extened and the mother were forced to mail items to Tamer Morsi attorney for the Fatherhood Campaign and attorney for this case. The children did not receive anything that was mailed.
