HRA I went to all of them what did I see?
while I was living in New York I visited every HRA office and when I was at every HRA office I saw police officers from San Antonio Texas working at the HRA now that means they are still on payroll and then they went and got a job at HRA supposedly working undercover and now they have two paychecks.
