Sapd officer jumps up hits signs

there's a particular sapd officer and chief McManus will be held accountable for every crime that he has committed this particular officer is bald he's a bigger guy and he likes to jump up and hit signs every time he passes a sign he can't help himself he can't stop himself he jumps up to hit it or reaches up to hit it and every time I see someone doing that out there in the world like in Seattle I know it's him he's in every single City and the taxpayers of San Antonio are paying for him to travel to every city following me acting like a child trolling all of my accounts accessing all of my bank accounts and all of my social media. it'll be difficult to find the pictures of him but I'll work hard and find them so all of you understand that is the idiot that is playing the same games that were played in San Antonio Texas giving me poison food giving me poison cigarettes having men perverts approach me asking me if I date telling me that they'll give me a meal and a change of clothes and a shower for sexual favors. it's happening everyday for the last 2 weeks that's the moron doing it and now anybody who has entered the situation will be framed for what he is doing he will repeat over and over again they're new they're new it's the new people that are here they're the ones doing exactly what I've always done for the last 20 years. the more I continues to repeat all of his little tactics his games his psychological warfare it's the exact same in every city but he claims it's not him we're supposed to be testing every city but with this idiot in the way we are not testing every city we are just playing games with Texas dogs and chief McManus
