in San Antonio Texas on Wellsprings there's an officer that uses the name Christopher d e c h . I'm led to believe that's not actually his name there's one particular officer that went in a court of law and legally changed his name he spent $3,500 to change his name now a lay person can go and spend $800 and change their name so obviously he got taken for a ride. when I was driving through the Wellsprings neighborhood in 2016 I believe it was I was looking for a home that was for rent or sale one near my children's school so that when I gained custody of my children legally in a court of law they wouldn't have to change schools. when I was driving through the Wellsprings neighborhood I passed a garage that had a silver pickup truck in it and a bald muscular man leaning over the back of the pickup truck sending me messages telling me to go back downtown and go back to work it took me quite a few months to realize that was the officer because I didn't know that was his neighborhood I didn't know that was his house all the sudden officers are circling me and I heard one of them say through my open window that is the woman that has a crush on an officer and she's driving past his house. well that was a great clue because I had no idea I was driving past his house. until that moment I didn't know that officer lived there until that moment I didn't know that that officer is actually criminally insane to be sending all of the officers from the crew Road Sub Station to Circle me harass me stalk me Chase me around there's more to the story but the important thing is this same officer is running his mouth accessing my bank account accessing My Health and Human Services benefits cards making phone calls to my bank using the wrong PIN number and creating all kinds of evidence. of his crimes. and I continuously hear the same statement he is just a police officer he is nothing more than a police officer he is not a federal agent he is not a CIA operative he is nothing but a police officer from San Antonio Texas. whether he works for the FBI or the CIA what he's doing is not legal no matter who we works for and as you can see he has the temperament of a child flipping me off and every city telling others to flip me off and at this point in time nobody's going to do a favor for him they're getting ready to do a Roundup and you're the first one. moments ago I used my health and human services card and he took it when I left San Antonio to make my trip across the country I went to Little Rock I had to use the airline I had to use a flight to get there because they had taken my truck when they had me unlawfully detained in the Bexar County Jail when I was finally able to rent a vehicle to drive across the country that silver pickup truck was chasing me down. a QT gas station between Little Rock and Memphis I stopped at for gasoline I used a prepaid debit card. I heard a lot of laughter and people yelling in his face that he was stupid because he didn't get my bank account he got a prepaid debit card and he took the entire $250 that was on it. it was because he was there and vicinity matters and if vicinity mattered when I was in Tennessee then vicinity matters now where is he ????? late November and the first 4 days of December 2023 I was in Moorhead Minnesota I would spend my days in Fargo North Dakota and I would walk across the bridge to Moorhead Minnesota to a post office that was open 24 hours I was using the post office for shelters so that I didn't die of exposure. the silver pickup truck that I referred to earlier was at the post office the mail carrier was the police officer in question he told USPS he was working Undercover as a postal carrier a police officer working Undercover. many evenings he was there until midnight and there was a woman's voice in the back claiming to be the manager of the post office not sure if it was Andrea or it was his wife or maybe it was Shanna Salazar warm it's hard to say I didn't see who it was I nearly Heard a Voice constant non-stop complaints and orders demanding people do this demanding people do that constant. although it was near Christmas time I don't think hanging out at a post office until 12:00 30 a.m. is authorized activity what were they doing? the black pickup truck that chase me across the country the same black pickup truck that was at my parents' home in Essexville Michigan the black pickup truck without a 8-in lift with chrome wheels also came to the post office and while that black pickup truck was there I experienced signs and symptoms of hyperventilating and panic attacks the swiggly things in your eyes that you see during a panic attack when you see spots and people call it a blood condition it's not a blood condition.
