Attached below is additional Discovery information that was supposed to be presented in a court of law. I never received any trial at all. Attorney Thomas dunwald was threatening me talking at me through his teeth telling me that he would continue to interrupt me as long as I wasn't saying what he wanted to hear. When I told the attorney that I did not commit a crime there was no non-payment issue he refused to allow me to go into a court of law and explain that I wasn't guilty of a crime. Apparently nobody in the state of Minnesota understands what collusion and obstruction of justice is I'm going to introduce them to the concept. While I was in the Dakota county jail I called more than 450 attorneys I made more than 600 phone calls looking for an attorney that would help me. Not one single attorney would help me many of those phone calls that I made were rerouted to individuals working inside the Dakota county jail. Now of course I don't have the proof of that my person at this time but I promise you it's easy to get. There were several crimes committed against me while I was in the Dakota county jail. The women in the 8100 units were put through a strip search three times in less than 60 day period.. when I was making those phone calls to attorneys I started to learn a few things about Minnesota law if you are a domestic violence survivor or a rape survivor you don't have to be subjected to strip searches. Sergeant Jalen snedeker cornered me and myself after I filed a grievance concerning the strip searches and the way they conducted themselves. The man lied to me about how often they do strip searches and whether or not they are legally permitted to do so. I had called him out on the line that he had told me and he started yelling at me that I was disrespecting him. I didn't disrespect the man I simply pointed out that he was lying to me. That man retaliated against me decided that I was breaking some rules he had me written up several times it was harassment. I do have documentation of all of that. Many of those write-ups were written by Jalen snedeker himself. And that's easy to prove as well. Many of those officers were confused about the write-ups that I had presented to them asking them why they wrote me up and they announced to me they don't remember ever writing me up that's because sergeants the doctor was in the system writing me up using their name. Thomas dunwald decided to order a competency interview. I knew the man for 5 minutes when he decided to go into a court of law and announce that he needed a competency test a rule 20 or a rule 21 whatever it is called he said. Those are his exact words it's on the record and when I purchased the transcripts it will be very embarrassing for the state of Minnesota. Also in a court of law on the record Thomas dunwald said that he was taking the case pro se he didn't say pro bono. Attorneys don't take cases they take cases pro bono. A person who's taking a case pro say doesn't have a law degree or a license to practice law. Once again that is quite an embarrassment for the state of Minnesota.
