Saws is computerized

Saws water company is computerized they can flip the switch at headquarters and shut down your water. I think this happens more often with apartment complexes but I'm pretty sure that any establishment this is possible. That was another form of communication if I needed to get out of somewhere because I was in danger the water would shut down. It was a message with communication and it was later abused as well. Sometimes it would shut down the water just send me out of a location sending me into Danger. They need to be on the street so they could run me down Uplander drive by shooting. Many of these were planned and thank goodness the agents were able to stop the plan.
