The police says that they are to FINE PEOPLE it is there in place for cohesion to threaten people into a state of submission. The Sheriff is not threating to throw people in jail like what is happening in Texas. The sick police officers in San Antonio enjoy mentioning this ability to jail people as often as possible. I was threatened by a security officer who's job does not include the ability to arrest people and have them jailed. The God Complex is out of control.
I would like to remind everyone of the multiple pictures I took of officers putting people in a patty wagon simple because they are homeless. These psychos are out of control.
