You're going to see three part police officers jaywalking across the street you're going to see sapd bike officers who are stalking and harassing me riding past over and over again several minions in their automobiles you'll see several pictures of them in different locations as they Circle me . Travis Park is full of people and the second time I pass pass Travis park there was a Park police officer in the middle of the park  watching all the people sitting at the benches sitting at tables  charging their phones and not saying or doing anything to them . As I walked on the Riverwalk three Park police officers showed up to the Riverwalk  told to go down there and get the people off in the Riverwalk because my enemies knew that I was taking a walk  for my pictures . Park police failed to get them off in the river walk and you can see several pictures of people lounging on the Riverwalk  some of them are drinking alcohol and places of the Riverwalk where it is not allowed  and nothing is being done . You will see pictures of empty beer bottles empty beer cans that I found on the Riverwalk and all of these things are located in areas of the Riverwalk where drinking is not allowed . It's important to note that officer Perez got in my face telling me and an undercover agent that the Riverwalk is closed people aren't allowed there and they aren't allowed to lounge around . Here at the Central Library there are several people lounging around using Wi-Fi and looking for Outlets that work you can see several pictures of the vandalism to the outlet I'm not sure if it was city employees that pulled all these Outlets out  or not but there are live wires exposed  so I hope it's not city employees .  The man that cut down the rose bush left  the remains the corpse of the Bush laying right here  I don't think he likes the mayor .  Well 

 You also see William the drug addict who was let out of jail so that he can come at me the one that continuously returns to Gibbs Hotel receiving items from foreign agents and dirty American agents receiving money and poison cigarettes they're poisoning him as well as me in the pictures you will see how he is begging people for money as they walk along the Riverwalk. The last time I encountered him was approximately two days ago and he was yelling and screaming at me about pictures not that I could ever stand him anyway.

 Hercules is driving by there waving smiling and taunting me apparently they think this is funny stalking and harassing you can bet they're God complex is out of control they think they're above the law I bet no consequences will come to them. But that's okay I want them to continue to think that and continue to break the law.

 You'll see in these pictures are several homeless there on the streets with nowhere to go no services and every time they sit down police officers harass them to move and keep moving. I'm not sure but it looks like they're trying to drive them to exhaustion the more exhausted they are the more susceptible they are to the virus and perhaps the mayor is thinking that if they get the virus they will die and he will no longer have a homeless problem to deal with. Normally there are many more homeless but since the buses are free it's become the new homeless shelter for the homeless the mayor refuses to help.

 Helicopters and planes are flying very low here we see the mayor abusing his authority sending planes and helicopters to stalk and harass hoping that I will stop taking the pictures and notate the crimes that I see maybe he should spend that energy finding those two hotels he lied about and putting the homeless and shelter. Perhaps you should use that energy and that time to send the fire marshal over to the homeless shelter the only one that's open and see that it is full Beyond capacity and people are not 6 ft apart from each other because they have no choice. The health department inspector that showed up to close down of food bank giveaway perhaps you should drag your butt over to Haven for Hope and see that these people are not allowed to shower or maintain personal hygiene which would help fight away a virus which would help to contain the outbreak and spread of the virus. Perhaps the city officials were actually doing their job we wouldn't have 30 people dead already from the Coronavirus perhaps if the governor would open my emails and read them and pay attention to what is happening here he wouldn't be teetering on the edge of official oppression
