Homeless still on streets sifting threw trash cans for food asking people for change. Stalkers still being sent. I guess the Mayor is upset. Gee you thought you had secrets? Oh I forgot the Central Library is full of city employees still working still getting a pay check. They will also receive a stimulus check for being out of work. That is still defrauding the government..
