Charles

This is Charles I first met him in 2018 I was walking here to a Catholic Charities workers house I mean for the first time I had never been here before he told me that it was closed up that particular day and he walked with me down Nolan Street he was having the conversation with me about everybody's out to get me he was trying to get me to say out loud in front of my phone that I feel that everybody's out to get me well he failed and his endeavor because I gave him a list of people who are not out to get me and who are actually helping me this was a witch in Castro game yet again with his attorneys mentality level thinking he can bring me into a court of law and say that I'm insane and that everybody is out to get me because he's too stupid to understand that investigating agents I've been watching him this entire time during his entire career commit serious crime and I told Charles again and January of this year he was on the river walking out as I was walking and taking pictures he decided to have an angry at first, Charles took it a bit further and he walked up to me and actually put his hands on me I'll salting me because of pictures that I was taking I'm pretty sure he was instructed to do this but I'm noticing a pattern with all of these people being unstable and having some serious personality disorders

Over the years I've interacted with Charles a lot he likes to volunteer at the Presbyterian Church and he used to go to the face face to Institute Church frequently. He seem to be an okay person until he decided to do favors for my animes having an angry outbursts my Facebook pictures they seem to think this tactic is enough to get me to stop taking pictures they're wrong.
