My name is Dawn Neering-Marshall; 2013-CI-15828 On March 1st Congressman Castro called me and claimed he wanted to help in my situation however his underlining agenda was to keep me from telling my story and to cover up his connection to the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign whom his relatives run and he helps them maintain government grants. The San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign use Congressman Castro and Secretary Castro�s names to manipulate other non-profit agencies in the surrounding area, Battered Women�s Shelter, Family Endeavors, TRLA, and many others these men are slandering my name saying I have mental condition which is a lie and I am sure I am not the only mother and my children are not the only ones who has suffered the consequences of the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign. If I were related to the Castro Brothers my children and I would be together safe from their abusive father. But because it is the members of the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign that are related to the Castro Brothers there is an abusive man teaching parenting classes, I wonder how those who have paid for these classes are going to feel when they find out that the man teaching these classes is guilty of abuse. When I get in a court of law I will prove beyond a doubt that he is abusive and the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign has covered it up. My civil rights have been violated and I have never had a day in court to fight for my babies and the SAFC continues to lie about me to cover their secrets. It has been two years since I seen or spoken to my children due to the actions of the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign. My ex-husband is Gregory J Marshall. Frank Castro Jr(director of the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign), called the records department of DFPS and asked Eric Griffin Jr to cover up the CPS investigational reports that proved Gregory J Marshall was guilty of abuse, at which time he was removed from the home. The San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign instructed their employee to reenter our home in which I was operating a daycare which was my families sole income, when he successfully reentered the home I was forced to close my daycare because he was under investigation by CPS for abuse and I was unable to operate a daycare with someone suspected of abuse in the home. Tamer Morsi the attorney who works for SAFC stated in a court of law that he never received any money from Texas Rio Grande legal Aide, so if that statement is true I guess that means that Texas Rio Grande legal Aide and I have a letter from TRLA that states the SAFC received grant money from them for legal services and then they refused to help me save my babies. So who is lying? On March Fourth 2016 a judge order that I be reunited with my children and to this day the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign continues to violate the court order. The visitation is be conducted at Kids Exchange and these sessions will be recorded and Gregory J Marshall is very afraid that during these recorded sessions my children WILL tell me that their father has been telling them that mommy has a mental illness and they would never see me again. The members of SAFC have been given medical records and psychiatric evaluations and they continue with this lie. Someone who does this is clearly lost touch with reality and is showing signs and symptoms of a mental disorder. He was literally arguing with the judge that I should not see our children. And this is what the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign calls responsible parenting. They also think it is ok to cover the crimes and abuse their employees are guilty of. I have police reports that prove the slanderous lies that the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign has been telling about me to anyone that will listen. I also have proof that police reports have disappeared and been removed from SAPD records department this is something else I can prove beyond reasonable doubt.
