TY GRANT INVOLVED IN MY TORTURE

Dear Goodwill Hiring Manager Thank you for the opportunity to interview for the position of Medical Records Assistant. I have since learned that the position I interviewed for has been filled however that you are now deciding on applicants for the next round (Postings 719 & 720). I personally see this as an opportunity to share with you what I am able & willing to bring to the position if so offered. Firstly I am a very organized person & especially versed in file creation & management. In fact in my last fulltime position I was actually given an award for file creation & management, Chosen over 59 other employees. This award was not measured in how many files were created but also the time it took to complete all steps & checks & close the file. I personally took great pride in this. I also am a very detail oriented person for instance I routinely had to review several accounts or files for the answers to customer questions in several positions I have exceeded in. I would use this same detail oriented thinking to find, document & resolve any & all missing data in the AMEDD files to be scanned. I am qualified under the Ability one perimeter & I also have experience working with people with disabilities & enjoy the opportunity to help others in a team setting. My time in the military also taught me a great deal of teamwork, motivation, goal oriented thinking & also leadership ability. As I said during my interview I am not a “just-enougher” but an “Extra-Miler” when it comes to productiveness. I Intend to bring that same attitude to exceed all expectations in the Medical Records Assistant position. I have also included several letters of reference to further demonstrate my value for the position. Thank you for this opportunity & I look forward to hearing from you soon. Sincerely Ty Grant (Hopefully new Employee)
