IT TOOK A MONTH OR MORE TO GET AN APPOINTMENT WITH A DOCTOR ABOUT A PSYCH EVALUATION. HE KNEW WHAT THE APPOINTMENT WAS ABOUT BUT SAID HE DOES NOT DO EVALUATIONS. THIS WAS SMART OF HIM TO DO BECAUSE THIS EVALUATION THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN MANIPULATED WOULD HAVE CAUSED HIM SERIOUS LEGAL ISSUES. NICE TO SEE PEOPLE FINALLY CARING ABOUT THEIR CAREERS AND TRYING TO SEVERE THEMSELVES FROM THIS CIRCUS. HE REQUIRED MY MEDICAL RECORDS, SSI INFO, DIABILLITY AND ANY ASSISTANCE I MAYBE RECIEVING THIS MORON THINKS IT IS LEGAL FOR A BANKING INSTITUTION TO HOLD FUNDS REQUIRING SENSITIVE DOCUNMENTS REQUESTING THESE DOCUNMENTS IS A VIOLATION OF HIPPA AND THE PRIVACY ACT OF 1974. HE IS GUILTY OF MANY CRIMES AND NOW IT IS CLEAR THAT THE PHONE CALLS MY CASE WORKER IS MAKING ARE BEING REROUTED TO THESE SPIES AND SHE IS GUITY OF COLLUSION. THE PHONE NUMBER CALLED IS 1-88-521-5880 AND THE APPLICATION NUMBER IS 247202177. HE CLAIMS THAT I AM QUALIFIED FOR A PHONE AND WILL BE RECIEVING THE PHONE IN 7 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS. THIS IS AN INTERNATIONAL SPY. I THINK HE KNOWS JENNIFIER LOPEZ WHO IS ALSO AN INTERNATIONAL SPY. OF COURSE I AND MANY OTHERS HAVE HAD PROBLEMS RECIEVING MAIL AT THE SHELTER AND THERE IS NO WAY I WILL GET ANY PHONE THIS CRIMINALLY INSANE MAN DOES NOT EVEN WORK FOR ASSURANCE WIRELESS OR MY BANK. I POINTED OUT THAT THIS DAFT SPY DID NOT ASK ONE SINGLE SECURITY QUESTION THAT I PUT ON MY BANK ACCOUNT AND HE DID NOT FOLLOW LEGAL PROCEDURE WHEN WORKING AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTIVE FOR A BANK OR PPHONE PROVIDING COMPANY. I have been given your name and email address associated with man listed in the subject. The man listed in the subject was impersonating a customer service rep for my banking institution he was impersonating a customer service representative for my banking institution and he is one of many who is holding my bank account unlawfully the man claims that he needs my medical records he needs my social security information he needs any kind of information pertaining to my medical insurance my medical history just asking for any kind of medical history or medical records is a violation of HIPAA and it's a violation of the privacy act of 1974 obviously it's unlawful for him to be impersonating any technical member or employee of my banking institution and I have a feeling that your law firm is involved in this I am petitioning the supreme Court because of the man listed in the subject. I have every intention of closing down the bank and I will continue to go back to the courts until I finally achieve this goal. I have recorded phone conversations with this individual and I also have emails that he sent out claiming to be an employee of the bank violating HIPAA asking for my medical records telling me that I cannot have my funds out of my account unless I send him my medical records does that make any damn sense does a banking institution have the right to require medical records to release my bank account to myself.
