Members of the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign called me and told me I would never receive any services from this organization and shortly after they did indeed deny me services.
Lynita Mills told she sent me this letter in December of 2015 however I never received it.
Apparently this organization is not about helping those who have suffered domestic violence they are in business to do favors for fellow Non-Profit organizations.

Frank Castro Jr(director of the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign), called the records department of DFPS and asked Eric Griffin Jr to cover up the CPS investigational reports that proved Gregory J Marshall was guilty of abuse, at which time he was removed from the home. The San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign instructed their employee to reenter our home in which I was operating a daycare which was my families sole income, when he successfully reentered the home I was forced to close my daycare because he was under investigation by CPS for abuse and I was unable to operate a daycare with someone suspected of abuse in the home. Tamer Morsi the attorney who works for San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign stated in a court of law that he never received any money from Texas Rio Grande legal Aide, so if that statement is true I guess that means that Texas Rio Grande legal Aide and I have a letter from TRLA that states the SAFC received grant money from them for legal services and then they refused to help me save my babies. So who is lying? On March Fourth 2016 a judge order that I be reunited with my children and to this day the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign continues to violate the court order. The visitation is be conducted at Kids Exchange
I have not seen or spoken to my children in two years and the members of the san Antonio fatherhood campaign are telling anyone that will listen that I am inflicted with mental illness which is a blatant lie. It is so sad and very unhealthy that this organization thinks they have to remove a mother from a child's life in order to develop a bond and relationship with a father and in the end these children will grow up to hate their father because he took their mother from them.
When this story reaches the masses your affiliation to the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign and the fact that you funding them will also be known. Sorry their unethical and illegal behavior will have such a negative impact on your mission. I am sure your really try to help families but in my case you helped to destroy and rip apart my family. Try to imagine what it would be like you had to go 2 years without seeing or talking to your children, imagine not knowing where they are, or if they are ok, if they became ill or injured you can the San Antonio Fatherhood Camapign would not inform me.
I have fighting these men for a long time with no help at all

My name is Dawn Neering-Marshall; 2013-CI-15828 On March 1st Congressman Castro called me and claimed he wanted to help in my situation however his underlining agenda was to keep me from telling my story and to cover up his connection to the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign whom his relatives run and he helps them maintain government grants. The San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign use Congressman Castro and Secretary Castro�s names to manipulate other non-profit agencies in the surrounding area, Battered Women�s Shelter, Family Endeavors, TRLA, and many others these men are slandering my name saying I have mental condition which is a lie and I am sure I am not the only mother and my children are not the only ones who has suffered the consequences of the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign. If I were related to the Castro Brothers my children and I would be together safe from their abusive father. But because it is the members of the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign that are related to the Castro Brothers there is an abusive man teaching parenting classes, I wonder how those who have paid for these classes are going to feel when they find out that the man teaching these classes is guilty of abuse. When I get in a court of law I will prove beyond a doubt that he is abusive and the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign has covered it up. My civil rights have been violated and I have never had a day in court to fight for my babies and the SAFC continues to lie about me to cover their secrets. The members of SAFC have been given medical records and psychiatric evaluations and they continue with this lie. Someone who does this is clearly lost touch with reality and is showing signs and symptoms of a mental disorder. He was literally arguing with the judge that I should not see our children. And this is what the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign calls responsible parenting. They also think it is ok to cover the crimes and abuse their employees are guilty of. I have police reports that prove the slanderous lies that the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign has been telling about me to anyone that will listen. I also have proof that police reports have disappeared and been removed from SAPD records department this is something else I can prove beyond reasonable doubt.
