Calls to Congress

As I said before I called every Congress man and woman in our government and left a message the circles that you see are the ones that I was unable to leave a message for their plausible deniability is firmly intact and I left messages for all the other members of Congress however now I'm starting to wonder if those messages were actually put in their voicemail whether or not they actually got the message
