Below you will see pictures of receipts belonging to Joe Garza of the SAFC in the Original Mexican Restaurant while I was working and I had the unfortunate displeasure of serving him. This is one of many individuals that were sent into my place of employment and one of many that followed me home from the restaurant. They also sent people to take pictures while I was working. What are you going to do with those pictures? I sure do hope you bring them into a court of law and show the judge what you have been doing.

 Here in this page of the transcription you see the courts advising Dawn Neering that she should be on her best behavior because Tamer Morsi had lied to the courts stating that I was harassing Gregory Marshall and saying "BAD" things about Tamer Morsi. He infact used the terminology "BAD" in a Winnie voice like a child. However what the court was unaware of was I was making statements about what Tamer Morsi was doing in and out of a court of law they are statements of fact and if there is anything he considers to be derogatory it is because he was conducting himself unbecoming of an attorney of law. I am not guilty of name calling or what ever it is Tamer Morsi would have the courts believe. I am not guilty of harassing Gregory Marshall I want nothing to do with this man and I want all ties to him severed however the courts were unable to see this due to the lies told by both Gregory Marshall and Tamer Morsi. Welcome to San Antonio you have no rights and if someone says something slandering and derogatory about you they need not provide evidence at all and the courts will lean to their side.

 Here you see the courts have been swayed to believe that I have some anger issues. In the courts this day I was angry and emotional what the judge was not informed of is that I was taken into a very small room and surrounded by two large men that have been threatening, stalking, and harassing me. They also have been sending their family and friends to stalk and harass me. In this small room Tamer Morsi told me that I would never see or speak to my children again unless I agreed to one on one counseling with the man that beat me and raped me for ten years. Is this the way the San Antonio courts operate court proceedings?, does San Antonio have no sense of family or justice. How embarrassing for San Antonio because I will scream it to the mountain tops. I am sorry your honor this is not your fault these were lying and you had no way of knowing they were lying to you

I several occasions on been followed and stalked by a young member of SAFC he drives a small white 4 door volts wagon car. License plate HTS 9679.
I moved from a one bedroom apartment to a three bedroom home that needed work. As I was working on the home and cleaning it the windows were open, this white car parked across the street and this young man circled the home on foot. He was taking pictures of the home threw the open windows and pictures of me as well. I stayed that this a short spell and I saw this car more three times.
I then moved to a home on Crockett St. near downtown. Once again I saw this white car and this young man. More than once he parked at the church across the street or parked on olive St. and proceeded to watch the home. He also was seen by my two roommates walking around the Crockett street home. 
I made several moves after this one and each time I saw the white car with the young man driving it and of course the SAFC members always knew where I was because of my phone and the fact they were hacking it; as long as I had a phone I was never going to successfully hide from these group of dysfunctional men.
When I was working at Superior Health Insurance I would walk through the parking for my breaks and my lunch. Coincidently I would see my ex-husband driving through the parking lot at the very moment that I was walking through the lots and parking garage. But now it is clear to me because I was given detailed information about phone hacking and how precisely the hacker is able to pinpoint the location of the phone. My ex-husband was driving through at that moment because he knew where and when I was there. I am sure there were many times he was driving through my place of employment and I did not even notice him. And if you are wondering "YES it scared the heck out of me".
And because of my phone they knew that I was renting a room at a friends house in the Medical Center and that is when they sunk screws in the tires of my car the same day that I sent an email to the Mayors office.
I was foolish enough to think I could keep moving around so to avoid these men and their attacks and as long as I had a phone I would never be successful in my ventures.

Tamer Morsi Attorney for San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign

Tamer Morsi has a habit of telling the courts that he has served the opposing party when in fact he has not. Tamer Morsi also enjoys calling and threatening the opposing parties in the cases he represents. This attorney also deduces in his simple brain that he will be able to pull the wool over judges eyes for example the original petition states that I obtained passports for myself and my children and he had a federal Marshall searching my home in Michigan for passports that never existed.  I am quite sure that the federal government keeps clear and concise records of who applies for and receives passports when the truth of this matter comes to light I am sure the courts will be none to happy to learn that Tamer Morsi had a Federal Marshall searching for phantom documents abusing the system and wasting the time of Federal Officers this is a ridiculous state of affairs and a perfect example of the manner in which the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign operates their non-profit.
Tamer Morsi attempted to file a contempt case against me in 2015 in was successful in the end but showed resilience. You see he petitioned the courts in May 2015 and when going into court had not served the opposing party and the case would not be heard.
In June 2015 the again petitioned the courts and when going in front of the judge was asked did you petition the opposing party; he response was "Well I sent her an email". The judge said his case would not be heard until he completed proper process service. Did Tamer Morsi attorney at law really think that an email was proper process service?
In July 2015 he once again attempted to petition the courts for contempt this time he had a receipt he had paid someone to do proper process service. A picture was taken of service that had been placed on my door however I never received the services so I wonder was it placed there a picture taken then the service notice was also taken. I was not in court and had no idea anything was happening. I then had a warrant for my arrest. I was taken from my place of employment to the court house in February 2016 I was taken as witness and nothing more and I went in front of the judge at that time I had with me all the police reports of Tamer Morsi threatening and stalking me the judge was none too happy and you can bet she will never forget the name Tamer Morsi.
When we had to go to court on March 4th 2016 and I had the displeasure of being face to face with Tamer Morsi he made the statement "when you were arrested"; I informed him I was never arrested he not only looked disappointed but angry. It is plain to me that all those attempts of getting himself in a court of law against me without my knowledge was so I would be arrested and thrown in jail. Was Tamer Morsi of such a simple mind that he did not understand proper process service, or was daft enough to think he was going to pull the wool over the courts eyes? Under what ever presumption he was functioning under he did a bang up job making himself and the SAFC appear to be group of fools and of course that is what they are. This man manipulates the system repetitively and gets away with it and that is why he continues to practice law in this manner.
The contempt was not honored and the judge was not happy with the behavior of Tamer Morsi and she was ready to throw the original orders out because they were written so poorly. During the hearing Tamer Morsi tried to tell the courts I should be found guilty because I have been telling people that a man that raped and beat on me for ten years not only has our children (which he is hiding from me), but he is also teaching parents classes. Because I am telling my story Tamer Morsi feels they could loose their grant money for the SAFC. The judge rolled her eyes and this is yet another female who will never forget nor never like Tamer Morsi. Anyone else seeing a pattern here? Wait until I tell you about the attorneys I had free consultations with that do not like him and told me point blank he is a dirty attorney. And you guessed it they are females.
Tamer Morsi I am not responsible for the grant monies of the SAFC and the courts are going to hold me accountable when those grants are pulled back they are going to hold you accountable. What did I ever sign that stated I would keep your lies secret so you could keep your grant money? Use some of that grant money to buy common sense dealing with you is exhausting it is very difficult to bring myself down to your mental capacity to deal with you.
This man now is giving free legal advice on Fridays at the SAFC office. Well I guess you get what you pay for. He will be advising people to lie in a court of law and to make up things that don't exist. Then when the truth comes to light he will stand before the judge and say well your honor I didn't know it was a lie I was going forth based on what my client told me. More lies and the people who excepted his advice and counsel will be left holding the bag and their lives will be ruined. The SAFC are advertising these seminars for legal advise at all the half way houses and homeless shelters in San Antonio they are targeting women whom they will victimize in the same capacity they have attacked myself. The advertisment states The Neighborhood Place and it has the phone number for the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign and when you call you get Gregory Marshall on the phone asking you to register. This is fraud either you are or you are not the neighborhood place there is no grey area. The reason these men have created this false advertisement is because none of these women they are targeting would ever go to a place called the Fatherhood Campaign for legal help especially considering a majority of them are being attacked and victimized by the fathers of their children. Theses men keep committing one felony after another and getting away with it.

I have purchased a new phone, new number and until today was unsure if Gregory J Marshall, Tamer Morsi, and Officer A. Flores had access to the new phone. Since my teenage daughter was instructed to contact me, (instructed by step-father Gregory J Marshall and father Hubert Robertson), I now know they do not have access. Salt of the earth these two men and great fathers too. This is a disgusting state of being to put a teenage child in the middle of this legal mess and wheel her with your sociopathic tendencies.

And as far as the step-mother, Karrie. I have had about enough of you getting in my child's face about taking the lords name in vain. My child does not know the Lords name and from what I can see with your talk and ignorance neither do you. God--his not our lords' name that is what he is. We are humans and he or she is a God. If I scream hey human you are a bad person; who will become offended? Everyone?
So for those of us who have actually read the bible we all know that our lord told his name to mosses and that information is listed in three different books of the bible. I won't be giving you more information than that because you really should do your homework or flunk the class. You are so lazy and incompetent you turn on the TV and listen to the preachers tell you what it says instead of taking the time to read it. It is puzzling that you are preaching and yelling the word of GOD to all those you have the misfortune of coming in contact with you, if only all those who have suffered these bible assaults rendered by yourself knew you actually know very little about the bible and you are simply regurgitating the words of TElevangelists.
I was raised Roman Catholic too I understand that we were told we were not allowed to read the bible and we had to depend on Priest to tell us what it says little by little each Sunday of our life. Unlike you Karrie I argued and told Grandma "I will be as old as you before I know what it says", the things children say. I argued and questioned the Nuns at catechism so much they became angry. Then I came into my own and I picked up that darn book and READ IT, and you should do the same.
Considering that you so enjoy using the book to demine others and attempt to reduce their self worth to nothing I find it concerning and hypocritical that you have not so much as taken the time to read your weapon of choice used for control and manipulation of others. You fit in with this group so well, not only do you judge the entire world according to the dimness you possess within you also judge others according to your own simple cognitive reasoning and unbenounced to you others on this planet actually have brains.
