Target in Virginia

this Target in Virginia had their minions placed at it and then it was destroyed they never cleaned it up they never straightened it up when you want to go through clearance you have to go through two shopping carts full of clothes like dumpster diving. there are some thrift shops in Texas that literally have bins in the middle of the store they throw the product in there and you have to sort through it it says if they took the employees from those thrift stores and brought them to this target destroying the store destroying the aesthetics and the organization. I continuously reported this and nothing got done one day after another I went into the store and there was no improvement
