I was minding my own business on a park bench and who pulls up the chief. Hello the man has lost it; stalking and harassing he is armed I am not. That could be the park bench I sleep on if I can't get Henderson help.

This park bench was near city hall and I am pretty sure all the council members had gone home for the day.
