Man shot in Tobin Hill Neighborhood no investigation is being done

I finally had an apartment in San Antonio Texas things were starting to move along there were officers that were being disciplined some people went to jail. I was able to get my disability from the Veterans Administration and when we came Castro Congressman in San Antonio continued to call and say that I had lied about being a veteran to take away my disability pay the hammer was coming down. So they became worried about who was being prosecuted what was going to happen next. They went to find a man that they had paid using a credit card to shoot me in the head they had to get rid of that man because all the evidence was in his head and he would provide witness testimony. They were tying up their loose ends and they were doing it fast doing it so fast. So Jesse wasn't the only one that they had to take care of they were hard at work making sure the evidence would disappear things weren't going their way they're little operation was going south fast. So it was a silver SUV that pulled up alongside of Jesse while he was riding his bike and they shot him in the back of the head. It was caught on security camera in the neighborhood security footage showed the silver SUV the silver SUV the individual driving it shot through the windshield windshield was broken and there was all kinds of Glass on the street. In the middle of the night I was told that I had to go for a ride there was something to see there was pictures and videos to get and it was a routine for me on a daily basis. I got to the crime scene shortly after he was shot shortly after the police officers arrived and started roping off the area they roped off three blocks. I was there getting interviews with Witnesses and people that were trying to find out who it was one man showed up and thought that it might be his brother and he was concerned he kept asking police officers if it was his brother giving his brother's name please officers wouldn't give the identity because they didn't know the identity of the man is what they said they knew the identity. While I was at the crime scene about an hour and a half after being there and taking all kinds of videos and watching as investigators were botching a crime scene a man living in a yellow house came out to tell me that he thought that it might be one of the homeless people that were living in an abandoned house one block away. It wasn't being televised it wasn't being reported on the news he hadn't been outside talking to police officers police officers did not knock on all the doors asking people anything which is protocol and they should have but it didn't happen you can see it on my videos it didn't happen. So this man walked out it started talking to me while I was taking a video and he had no clue what happened. Then decided to voice his own opinion give his own opinion about who might have done it and the fact that it must be the homeless people the homeless people always come in all the crimes all of them yeah they have $450 gun handgun weapon homeless people. That's how smart those cops are just get one of the Neighbors come out and say something stupid thank God I got the video. I guess it didn't matter because there was no investigation that guy on Wells friends that police officer he always tells his kids he is the cops and he doesn't have to worry about the cops and his kids can steal whatever they want and they don't have to worry about cops because he is the cops. Why was Greg Marshall getting a brand new windshield 3 days after this crime?
