Officer now Los Angeles

The one with the mustache that looks like the Marlboro Man he is in every city that I go to and he's placed on every Police department in every city that I go to I have many pictures of him working in Los Angeles he was on the rail checking people's rail packs threatening people telling them that if they didn't pay a dollar $1.75 to get on the rail they would go to jail for 12 months. He was walking with other officers that came in from Texas and placed on I believe the sheriff's department that Thomas Boyle was also there wearing a sheriff's uniform for Los Angeles. The one in San Antonio that always wore them in the oil but he looked just like the one that wore the name Dech.
