HRA account information was changed to reflect their theft

Yesterday when I went into the HRA office and waited almost 2 hours they planned on making sure that I was never able to see a customer service representative but if you're sitting in the lobby when the doors close when the building closes you are still able to get service and one of the employees went around getting our numbers making sure that we were able to see a customer service representative even though they wanted to play stupid games. As you can see the starting balance was $401.19 that ending balance was $385.65 for EBT cash tender says that I paid $6.28 at one point in time you can see that they zeroed out the starting cash benefits and zeroed out the ending cash benefits it looks like it's still actually there I just can't access it they do this with my bank account too it says EBT cash $15.54 I actually paid for these items but didn't take it with me. All of that money was taken $385.65 oh they left $7.81 Jalen snedeker is famous for doing exactly that and it was Kyle Jacob and Kelly Pickard that did it in Hartford Connecticut to my bank account leaving only enough money for me to buy an Amtrak's ticket so that I could be broken the next city I went to. Gee I wonder where Kyle Henry Jacob is right now I wonder where Kelly figured is right now and we're about to review some interviewer on the red carpet. Another newscaster just like Christopher Hayes who now claims that he was never a newscaster he definitely was never a police officer they put him in a uniform set him at a desk and said he's not really a police officer but I had to deal with him and every other resident of San Antonio Texas had to deal with that a******
