Ok, wonderful. Thank you. Could you meet at 12:30pm, then? Yes, I was able to get the doctor’s note. I checked in with Ms. Sanchez and she let me know that it would not be what they need for the housing you’re applying for with them though.

Yes I thought that would happen and it's so sad that the veterans administration hospital is so incompetent they are unable to supply what I need to be re-housed. The country is supposed to be trying to re house veterans and yet I'm getting a huge runaround both at the Miami veterans administration and the New York veterans administration 900 employees were just fired from the veterans administration because they can't seem to do their job right. It looks like it wasn't enough employees that were fired.
I scheduled an appointment for a psychiatric evaluation and I got a doctor who says that he doesn't ever do any psychiatric evaluations. It's not in his field he doesn't do it. Normally that would take several weeks to get done I shouldn't have to tell you that.
As I told you before the man who was pretending to be customer service for my bank Ian kit Velasco will be indicted. And it sounded like the same man we were talking to about the government phone who now claims I was qualified and is going to send it. I don't expect that it will arrive at all because it's the same man playing games. It's almost as if the calls that you are making are being rerouted to the spy Ian kit.
When an investigation is conducted I'm sure they'll be able to see whether or not this is the truth.
It was so sad to find out that I had a time limit to be re-housed and to be able to supply the information needed so that I could be re-housed it's so sad that I am now no longer qualified for HUD vash. I waited more than 2 months before a case worker was even assigned to my case and in less than 2 months knowing my legal issues with my bank I have been removed from the program.
That is not real housing homeless veterans that's giving them a run around that's playing games. I asked for legal assistance you told me that you would help me get veterans legal assistance it never happened. Because I couldn't get legal assistance now I can't get re-housed and we'll go back to the streets this doesn't look good for the veterans administration with a new president in office.
It seems like there was some sort of game being played and it looked as though I was getting help but I never really got the help.

I am so sorry that you feel this way Ms. Neering Marshall. I definitely understand that it can feel as if these many setbacks are conspiring together to delay you and your housing progress.
In terms of the evaluation, I greatly apologize. It was supposed to be an evaluation and I thought that this was understood in the referral but it was not.
I do hear what you are saying in terms of customer service at the bank and phone company. The Assurance Wireless representative stated that the phone should arrive by 11/18 or 11/21, which is next week. If you have access to a phone through the shelter, you could call Assurance Wireless and ask for the UPS tracking number to track the phone. It is up to you if you would like to try the numbers that you wrote down last week.
As for the documents that are needed for your NYCHA application, I could let my supervisor know that we are unable to make the 11/15 deadline. We can discuss this more at 12:30pm, if you are able to meet at that time.
Lastly, I did not get to make the legal referral for you yet. I can request for one that is in-person here at the VA, since you do not yet have your phone. Please let me know if that would be alright. KARI, YOU KNOW THAT I DO NOT HAVE PHONE SERVICE I HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING WITH THIS SINCE I MET YOU. YOU ARE THE ONE THAT MADE ATTEMPTS AT HELPING ME GET A GOVERNMENT PHONE TWO MONTHS LATER I STILL DON'T HAVE A PHONE. THE LIBRARY DOES NOT ALLOW THESE SYSTEMS TO BE DOWNLOADE ON THEIR COMPUTERS. ALTHOUGH ZOOM IS ALLOWED AND ZOOM IS USED FOR COURTS AND HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES. I AM SURE THE VA DOES USE ZOOM ODDLY YOU USE MICROSOFT FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO NOT UNDERSTANDING THAT SOME PEOPLE CAN NOT AFFORD TO USE MICROSOFT FOR EXAMPLE A HOMELESS VETERAN.

SHE WAS GIGGLING AND LAUGHING THE ENTIRE TIME I WAS TRYING TO HAVE A VERY SERIOUS CONVERSATION WITH HER IT WAS VERY UPSETTING.
SHE IS NO LONGER THERE.
WHEN WE WENT TO RECORDS DEPARTMENT THE YOUNG WOMAN WORKING THE DESK I HAVE NEVER SEEN BEFORE. SHE WAS LOUD RUDE AND HAD A SHORT TEMPER. I HAVE BEEN IN THAT OFFICE FOUR TIMES LOOKING FOR MY RECORDS THAT I ORDERED IN JUNE AND NEVER SAW THAT WOMAN EVER. SHE USED THAT SAME LIE "WE CAN ONLY GIVE RECORDS FROM THIS HOSPITAL ONLY", THAT IS A LIE ALL VA ACROSS THE COUNTRY ARE CONNECTED AND I SHOULD BE ABLE TO HAVE MY RECORDS TRANFERED HERE FROM ANOHTER HOSPITAL. DOCTORS NEED TO HAVE MEDICAL RECORDS TO TREAT ANYONE THIS LIE AND EXCUSE MAKES NO SENSE I DON'T KNOW WHO YOU ARE WORKING WITH BUT THAT IS A HUGE EMBARASSMENT.
WHEN A MOTHER AND HER SON WALKED IN AND EXPLAINED TO THE CONTENSIOUS WOMAN THAT THEIR FATHER/HUSBAND HAD A STROKE AND HE WAS INCOHERENT AND INCOMPASITATED SHE SCREAMED HE HAS TO FILL OUT THE FORMS AND ONLY HE CAN GET HIS MEDICAL RECORDS. DOES THAT MAKE SENSE KARI? YOU WATCHED THIS HAPPENING AND YOU SHOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO RECOGNISE HOW HIENIOUS THAT IS. DID YOU REPORT THAT WOMAN?
I WILL BE REPORTING THAT TO WASHINGTON D.C. I DON'T APPRECIATE BEING YELLED AT BY THAT WOMAN AND I DON'T APPRECIATE BEING LIED TO AND TOLD THAT MY INFORMATION AS A REGISTERED VETERAN IS NOT IN THE SYSTEMS. YOU HEARD THAT AS WELL AND YOU SHOULD SEE THE PROBLEM.

That is an insensitive and snarky response. It is not about my feelings I stated facts the facts of the case and during an investigation these will be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. I went two months with no case worker assigned to my case. I checked in continuously with the VA waiting for a case worker to be assigned. When I was there being told there was no case worker assigned you told your supervisor "I know her I will talk to her". How do you know me? I never met you before in my life. ? I was not assigned a case worker until I went to the Brooklyn VA and talked to a homeless social worker that was rude and he argued "I am not a hud vash case worker". He was arguing something i never said. I then went to the hospital director's office and was sitting with a patient advocate who made many phone calls. She connected me with Hud Vash supervisor for New York I waited for an appointment with the supervisor. I showed up at New York VA and I talked to Joann who is NOT Hud Vash supervisor that woman sent me on my way. She told me to return with my letter of residency at the shelter that was already in the system it was put in at the Bronx VA when I was qualifing for HUD Vash they were able to see all my records, my information but she couldn't see my letter of residency, how strange. After I went threw the chain of command and continued to seek out the supervisor of Hud-Vash I was assigned a case worker at Bronx VA and it was you the woman who said "I know her" when I had never met you before.
Do you see all this? That is not is not my feelings these are FACTS. You see your derogatory statement about my feelings does apply here. It is not about my emotions it is about FACTS. I don't appreciate you dismissing me claiming i feel a certain way and it is just about how I feel. It is about FACTS and it is about a violation of my rights. You have a bad attitude i FEEL you are not non-bias or understanding about my situation. Let's see if those in your chain of command FEEL the same way
You demanded that I send my medical records to my banking institution when merely asking for sensitive documents is a violation of my rights and a violation of HIPPA. You went thru HIPPA training you know they violated the law. If you don't know that I FEEL you are unfit for the job.
We are done.
I will go else where are veterans services i don't appreciate being talked to like peasant dismissing the FACTS claiming it's matter of how I feel.
