I HAVE BEEN VISITING ALL HRA OFFICES IN THE CITY OF NEW YORK BECAUSE AT EACH OFFICE THE EMPLOYEES REFUSE TO ALLOW ME TO FILE A CLAIM FOR SKIMMED FUNDS. PLEASE VISIT FBI MOST WANTED THE MAN NAMED CHRISTOPHER BURNS IS THE MAN THAT IS ACCESSING MY ACCOUNT AND SKIMMING MY BENEFITS HE WAS ABLE TO ACCESS THE SYSTEMS AND CHANGE THE AMOUNT OF THE CASH BENEFITS I RECIEVE. TODAY DECEMBER 26TH 2024 I WENT TO THE HRA OFFICE TO FILE YET ANOTHER CLAIM AND APPLY FOR MY STATE ID. THE EMPLOYEE LIED TO ME TELLING ME THAT THE HRA OFFICE DOES NOT HELP WITH STATE ID. HE REFUSED TO ALLOW ME TO FILE A CLAIM. HE CLAIMED I COULD GO TO THE COMPUTER. I CAN NOT FILE A CLAIM AT THE COMPUTER WITHOUT A TRANSACTION SHEET PRINTED AND HE CLAIMS THEY DON'T PRINT IT THERE. HRA EMPLOYEE REFUSED TO HELP WITH STATE ID

THE EMPLOYEE OF HRA SAID NO WE DON'T HELP WITH STATE ID YOU HAVE TO GO TO DMV. THERE ARE POSTERS ALL OVER THE HRA OFFICE ANNOUNCING THEY HELP PEOPLE GET A STATE ID BUT ON DECEMBER 26TH 2024 THE EMPLOYEE HAD NO IDEA WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. HE TOLD ME THAT THE HRA OFFICE DOES NOT HELP WITH STATE ID AND LAUGHED IN MY FACE.

december 26th 2024 went to HRA again they refused me service

i went to the hra office in staten island and asked for a budget letter asked to file a claim and i was refused service the man kept saying that i needed to cancel my current card and get a temporary card he refused to file the claim

the website shut down when i was trying to get a replacement metro card
