one of the two of them or the both of them decided they were going to rewrite the policies and the terms for a lottery. it was written so poorly that people were able to use that loophole to get paid on a lottery ticket. because it read if you get less than this number then you get paid out $84,000 was paid out on one of those tickets that the policies was written so damn poorly. that particular company went bankrupt because someone thinks he's so damn smart he can rewrite the policies for a lottery he botched it and screwed it up so bad people were being paid out all over the place and took advantage of the fact that the policies and the fine print was written in such a hideous manner it didn't make sense. the lottery company no longer has a lottery to offer
