SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION OFFICE IN ALLAPATTAH PLAYING GAMES HOSTEL ENVIRONMENT

i was in the allapattah miami social security administration may 7th 2025 9:10am i got a number and waited for a replacement social security card the kiosk did not tell me that i needed an appointment and that i would not be given an application for a replacement card the kiosk told me to take the ticket and wait. many others have gone to the administration as a walk in and were able to get a replacement card. the security officer was sent to find two of us and tell us that we could not have the application for a replacement and that we needed an appointment so why didn't the kiosk tell us that we needed an appointment if that is the way to conduct business with the social security administration? the security officer had a bad attitude repeating i called you three times and you didn't answer and instead of relaying the information that was given to him on speaker phone he became irate and combative repeating over and over you didn't answer i called you three times he couldn't get over it and he was trying to create a hostel environment and he was trying to ensue a verbal altercation. he was trying to create a problem that did not exist he is there to secure the environment and that office and he is the one creating the problem. he is creating a hostel environment and he is attempting to shame people with the attitude "i am big and you are small", he is not my authority he has a job because i pay taxes. he has a job and freedom becausse i gave my life to service in the armed forces willing to give my life for our freedom the freedom he strips from those visiting the social security administration. he takes for granted the liberties he only has because of the tax payers in the office allowing him to have a job. I do not appreciate being treated in a hostel manner I felt threatened i felt that I was in danger. A little professionalism goes a long way.
