aas we reviewed this rule 20.01 we could see that collateral information should not be listed this is a medical professional who is doing an assessment collateral information or collateral witnesses are used investigations by detectives officers agents of the Federal bureau of investigation attorneys or judges notice the Google search and the definition of collateral information and collateral evidence is listed for medical care professionals only it should not be listed there notice they did not list police officers agents attorney judges firemen who do investigations on how a fire starts none of that is listed only medical professionals is listed and it should not be listed because they don't use collateral information this word is being misused and it should not be listed in a rule 20.01 because this woman is not an attorney she is not a detective and agent or an officer she is not a judge in a court of law this should not be there
