New York federal court one of their own officers

I was going into the New York supreme Court and I had to go to the clerk's office I was filling out paperwork to file a supreme Court site I was filing suit against NetSpend bank and flare account. I made several trips to the federal court and I had been in there several times when I encountered this officer that told me they were closed and they were not closed. he told me I was not allowed to go in I said well I'm just going to go in and take pictures of the center of the courthouse which is amazing and beautiful. this officer then told me nobody's allowed to take pictures inside the court house. that's a lie what about all those people that get married in the courthouse are they taking pictures of their wedding yes they are there was people taking pictures when he said it. while I was standing there talking to him and he was lying to me a woman walked past with earbuds in her ears and she went right past him and I. that was a test he didn't stop her he only stopped me and singled me out. they didn't want me in the courthouse the problem is they arrived to New York late I had already been in there several times. I was getting bus passes from the shelter in Staten Island they told the employees of the shelter that I wasn't actually doing the things that I said I was doing however when they looked in my phone they could see the pictures of the places that I had been the very exact same places that I said I was going to when I got the bus back and once again it blew up in their face that's what happens to bullies that's what happens to liars. this man is a scoundrel he has no business wearing in uniform in any City.
