iit's some of my words over the years sometimes I would be telling people that they're going to have to step out of the kitchen it's going to get hot because I'm about to fire it up and they need to step up out of it I don't want you to get hurt I don't want you to fall into the mess I've said this over and over again and I've lost so many on the way.
