this moron is delivering constant non-stop threats about what he's going to do to me. this moron can't seem to shut his mouth about I have no money I'm never going to have my bank account again he's manipulating the employees at the shelter he was there as a resident when I arrived at the salvation army shelter in Miami Florida then he manipulated the residents and employees telling the employees that they had to do a locker search over and over again at one point in time he was actually standing next to an employee who was searching my locker. why is that happening this criminal this killer went into a shelter and convinced the employees that he's some sort of authority figure and he wasn't asapd officer and he's still on the payroll and that's how we got the pictures of his victim that's how he got away with the stocking because Chief McManus is very sick
