West Substation criminals

In 2015 I went to the West Substation to file a police report in June I went in to file a police report because Tamer Morsi attorney at law representing my ex husband was sending threatening emails and he was making several phone calls that were threatening.
I was confronted about by a young latino officer who had not been on the force long and he was married recently. I don't know what kind of things he was told on the phone he was acting a bit off. He gave me a case number. He never wrote the police report and it was never put in the system. When I tried to retrieve a printed copy of the police report records kept telling me it did not exist. I was confused and what was more confusing is the fact that every time I saw that officer after that time there was a look of profound guilt on his face. Besides not writing that police report and helping me, he learned quickly that I was not lying and he was most certainly threatening me due to the calls and the people calling him telling him to throw it away.
Tamer Morsi was calling and threatening me because he was trying to get me in a court of law claiming I was in contempt and I was not. A judge lost her job because of that.
Tamer Morsi walked in a court of law and the judge asked if he served me and he said he didn't have to because it was connected to a injunction I was never served with either. The judge told him to get out of his court of law until he uses proper process service.
Then Tamer Morsi used email to tell me to be in a court of law. THAT IS NOT PROPER PROCESS SERVICE. He went to a court of law again and he was laughed out of a court of law when he told the court he sent an email. Worst attorney ever and that is what happens when you have foreign agents half stepping to become attorneys.
He was angry about all his failed attempts to have me thrown in jail for doing nothing wrong and he started threatening me via email, phone, and text message.
It didn't stop there he kept going with this constantly threatening me and I reported him to the Texas State Bar they did nothing to help me they helped their foreign agent pet instead.
Just two months ago this fat loose cannon was following me yet again he might have been following me in January too I stopped looking. His foreign agent pals at the NSA assured him he could do what ever he wants without ever suffering any consequences.
