Failure to ID? Officer Martinez breaking the law

Police Officers do not have the legal right to ask for your ID unless you have broken the law. If an officer says they WANT to talk to you, you have every right to say "NO" get away from me. These dirty SAPD officers do NOT have the right to violate your civil rights. This is the bull they do every day failure to ID is only a crime if you have broken the law. He did not commit an arrest-able offense. Martinez is wrong and he does not understand the law and how it is written of course he has been protected because he was doing this for the nasty dirty NSA. This officer is guilty of Official Oppression he used his poison and badge to do favors for NSA. He should not be an officer any longer he most shouldn't have remained on the force after this that he did.
Look at what the moronic second officer did corporal I don't know what the first amendment says. Corporal I shouldn't be an officer and when this investigation is concluded. He was arrested for not identifying himself they do not have the legal right to ID someone simply because they are targeting him and harassing him who will be arresting the dirty officers?
He has a lot more videos and he has help with this mission of uncovering the criminal element of NSA and SAPD collusion.
