II just call Des Moines Iowa Police department looking for officer Timothy Wilson who I got a video of when I was standing next to the Capitol building in Des Moines Iowa. I was transferred to dispatch I explained to them who I needed to talk to and I explained that I interacted with him when I was in Des Moines Iowa the capital of Iowa he told me that I needed to call Des Moines Iowa gave me a phony phone number then was incapable of transferring the phone call. I called Des Moines Iowa I should have been talking to dispatch for Des Moines Iowa some moron was on the phone not doing a very good job of impersonating an officer working at dispatch. I would hope that all dispatch officers answering the phone have the capability of transferring calls.
